I find this place to always be a bit of a madhouse and their cash location is odd...deeper in the store rather than near the door. Their floor staff can also be hit and miss. Some are really friendly and helpful while others will bump into you aimlessly restocking items. Still, they do offer a lot of classic options that are well made and flattering.

The only reason i say full price is crazy because if you watch they always run 40% full price items deals and etc. So now you know, it ALWAYS goes on sale and even many times a month- no need to pay top dollar. That just happened to be a zip-up white sweater with what looked like smeared motor oil around the collar. It looked like one of the guys from the shop was wearing it to complete maintenance on someone's truck. But the guys don't look like the type who would get their hands dirty. It was a little puzzling that Banana Republic would have an item like this on the rack, but my friend used it to his advantage, negotiating a 20 per cent discount..... So keep your eyes open for old mechanic wear on the racks; it comes with a discount. I'm not sure at this point if my friend got the mark out or not, but he has a slightly cheaper shirt to use around the yard now.....

They've not only got regular sized clothing, but they also carry petite sizing and they are conveniently located in a number of malls throughout the city. Overall, they've got a great selection, great sizing, great service and great prices. Definitely worthy of a pit-stop in the midst of a shopping spree.

I never felt rushed, I was able to help myself to the change room and I found the store to be clean, organized despite the huge sale and welcoming. Not too busy either. Still 'in' - lots of black and white. A little more mature wear than say, Dynamite. Those days are over for me :) Happily so! Love the motto here "No Sale Is Ever Final". We'd even take road trips across the border just to experience all that is Forever XXI. I didn't get it then, and I sure as heck don't get it now. Forever XXI is a mix between H & M and American Apparel. The clothes are designed for young, hip girls, and are supposedly sold at ridiculously cheap prices. I figured I should TRY to understand this store, so I recently went shopping at it and I now officially know that I have reason to not like it. The clothes are so ridiculously cheaply made it's not even funny. I bought a shirt for around $20, which really isn't all that cheap, and speaking of cheap, the belt loop hole fell off the second I took it out of the bag. I then tried it on, and noticed that the stitching is already coming undone!!! What a piece of crap. I didn't bother to take the shirt back because I didn't think it was worth me driving back to Balzac, but I did make a mental note to never shop at Forever XXI again.
