I started quick weight loss center in may. So far I have lost 29 pounds. This is the easiest diet I have ever done. The amount of food you eat is almost to much, at times it is too much. The staff is the most courteous and caring people I have ever met. I started this journey at the Tampa center now I go to the Clearwater center since I live here. I have been unable to go for two weeks, due to an injury of my right knee. My. Husband drove me there the other day to get more food journals I was unable to go in, and one of the staff came out to talk me and see how I was doing now that is caring!!!! This method of weight loss is very practical and as with everything there is a cost. I find that the the ease of planning meals and the different plans make this the one plan that you can stick with and the counselors stick with you all the way. The Staff is very knowledgeable and will make adjustments to you meal plan if needed and make suggestions as to what might encourage or delay you lose of weight. The staff does not have to look at your sign in or your chart to know your name...they greet you by name the minute you enter. You are not just another person you are a real person to the staff and to me that is more important than money. I have literally tried just about every diet out there and QWLC is by far the BEST! I love that I get to eat foods from every food group including fruits and starches and that I have lost 43.8 pounds! The greatest part is the one-on-one counseling that you receive! They truly know what they are talking about and customize the plans for each individual. I have lost a total of 123.4 pounds in a little over a year (the last 43.8 being with QWLC). I feel so encouraged that I will keep my weight off this time knowing that once I reach my goal I will have their counsel going through stabilization and then I have a maintenance plan for life!!! I went into the center this last past Friday. Now I'm on my stabilization phase. It took me over nine months to lose my weight. And I do feel and look like a brand new person again. The staff is super friendly, attentive and supportive. There is no wait to be seen and no appointments needed for weigh ins. The meal plans are more than enough food, I am rarely hungry.
