I visited this location in Clearwater in early October 2025 to get 30 units of Botox for treatment…read moreof my forehead area. I took advantage of a buy 15, get 15 free units of Botox promotion. My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. All I know now is that I'm out almost $200 with no results whatsoever. Maybe some clients don't care about spending money for nothing but I definitely do and I'm definitely unhappy.

I walked out of the office without one person talking to me about moving forward.

It was close to me and while they couldn't get me in the day of my migraine, they were able to get me in the very next day. Since I was feeling better, I decided to change to an immune boost IV. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a lot. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Even though it's a medical building, it gives spa vibes! I will definitely go back! I'm thinking of purchasing one of their packages because I believe so strongly IV therapy. I know this practice does a lot more than IV therapy, so I'm definitely going to look into the other things that they offer. Priority You is five stars all the way

I have studied alternative medicine for years. Shiatsu, Herbalism etc. I understood much of what he was saying but he would not stop talking at me regardless of many times I interrupted and said, 'I know about that'. He mentioned my possibly being anemic and I let him know that I had been a couple years ago but that it was no longer the case. He again launched into a lecture, even though it didn't apply to me. He asked me about my diet and I told him it was Paleo/Zone and that I eat very few simple carbs. A teaspoon or two of honey daily and a small handful of gluten free crackers a week. He didn't seem to believe me. He went on to say Paleo often included desserts, disregarding my very clear description of what I ate. He went on to talk to me about weight loss. Something I did NOT ask help with. Without knowing how I gained the weight it was clear he made assumptions on how I gained it. When I shared that my integrative doc told me that the Vyvanse another physician had prescribed, to help with my AF, killed my appetite, put me into starvation mode and that my body hoarded every calorie I ate. That this integrative doc said the best way to lose the weight was to stabilize the raging hypoglycemia that Vyvanse had created by eating small healthy meals, frequently. Dr. Cole admitted that he had never heard of this kind of body imbalance. So, how could he give advice without asking questions? And that was the crux of the matter. Lectures are the WORST form of education. I have run workshops and can tell you, education is a matter of keeping things simple and repeating the info. He was a horrible example of what is effective. I hung in there as long as I did because I had given my credit card info to make the appointment. After spending $350 I hoped that maybe something would shift. Unfortunately it did not. After my experience with him, I was passed along to one of his associates. He too started to lecture me. I informed him that I had taken 3 saliva tests that he had referred to and was well acquainted with the procedure. This assistant even said that I needed to bring in the test and do it there so that it would be clear that it was done correctly. It was very patronizing, as was Dr. Cole. I realized the assistant was only following Coles directives and let him wind down his speech. He seemed like a very kind person. I think this was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. The level of disconnect was tremendous. It was like dealing with a full blown Narcissist that couldn't hear anything outside his 'world' experience. I never returned. I swallowed my bile and the $350 loss. And I say run! There are better options out there like Docs outside the Box. Dealing with such arrogance has a psychological effect on patients. How can anyone be helped if the Doc doesn't understand basic human respect?

The pricing is fantastic too, and the facilities are well kept. My only wish is that everybody would know this so that the business could grow exponentially. I lost almost 50 pounds during just a couple of years and then from there on gained almost 15 to 20 pounds of pure muscle in all the right places. My lower body and my upper body were completely balanced and looked great thanks to Flo and the team.

But I booked this appointment because their website services list naturopathy, and specifically under those services detail the process of diagnostics - and that's not what I encountered today. In her words, "if you're one of those people who wants to waste time with bloodwork and things like that then we can..." I am one of those people, and I really appreciate understanding the "why" behind my treatment at the very least. But I got a lot of vague answers (why are you giving me these supplements? "Well I'm just giving you what's in my brain," and heard probably 5 times today "it's FDA approved", as if that explains anything), and so I spent $280 to learn this isn't the place for me, when I never would've booked at all if they didn't advertise services they don't believe in.
