I waited for 32 min and only had 2 people ahead of me ... I'm actually moving all my scripts to the cvs on reeceville because I cannot take it anymore! The staff in the front of the store is amazing. They greet you at the entrance etc . The shelves are so empty in the store it's scary. I've asked if they are closing and they say no but it looks as though they will be closing.

Besides standing in the crazy long line, it never fails, they screw something up, and I'm stuck sitting in one of their metal folding chairs (see picture)... they keep adding more each time I walk in. Spent 9 minutes on the phone with them on a Saturday. They told me my script will be ready for refill on Monday. I then asked if I should call on Monday again and she said "nope, we'll have it ready!" I said "Really? I should call just in case, and she said "it's in the system!" I had to travel, and went to pick up the scripts on Thursday - and it wasn't ready! I don't know what their problem is. They don't look short staffed. I was only forced to go there when my local pharmacy shut down unexpectedly... ughhh. Sorry to be negative. But hopefully the already low rating, plus this review will make them take a deep dive into their terrible customer experience.

They do have a wide range of over the counter, which includes leading brands and their own brand. You can find some seasonal items that form good for gifting. There is an area for getting vaccines. Coming to the prescriptions, they pretty much carry the prescriptions and are okay to keep it longer if you call them ahead. Refills are easy, too. The only thing scheduling appointments is challenging at this location.

Thank you for pointing out the waiting area, but I don't think anyone missed it, just chill out and let us stand if that's how we feel comfortable.

I am familiar with this process, which is completely frustrating and takes time. I explained that the last time I filled a prescription for this medication, one of the pharmacists at this location told me to self pay. I asked if this was an option. Brittney began asking me why I don't have insurance through my work, why I have medicaid insurance, and why I hadn't refilled my prescription since last summer. I explained that it was because I had a lapse in insurance. I then asked her for her name. Which she replied "it's on the front of the building". She said all of these things in front of my daughter and a store full of people. She is completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I left the pharmacy with no help, and without my medication my doctor had prescribed. She should not be a pharmacist, or even have a job working with the public. I will never return to this CVS location again.

I was surprised to find price differences even with insurance, making this pricing incomparable. The customer service is courteous, helpful and quick. The insurance processing is efficient: much faster with no bureaucracy/red tape. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and accurate, and never makes me feel like I am bothering him to ask a question. There have even been times when other customers have engaged me in a conversation, marveling at this pharmacy!
