They put down a thin sheet of paper as protection over Laminate floor and insisting that it was sufficient. Scaffolding along with other heavy machinery was brought in and for some reasons they removed the wheels. Off course laminate floor was scratched in multiple places. There is even a hole in one place. I showed the damage to field supervisor and he said that it's not their damage. I called the place and talked to production supervisor and first thing out of his mouth was "we didn't damage the floor." Some of the damage floor boards are in places where there is always a sectional and a rug. If you look at the floor, you can see that damage is only in the work area, rest of the floor is completely spot free. If you use this company, be prepared for them to damage your home and refuse to fix it. I am currently moving forward with a formal consumer complaint through the California Contractors State License Board and filing a property damage claim against their surety bond. Save yourself the headache and hire a company that actually respects your property and takes responsibility for their actions.

TACMIT and Scott were recommended by one or our neighbors on our street. We are extremely happy to…read morehave hired TACMIT after our home was partially burned in the Palisades fire in early 2025. It has been a very long process and we are unfortunately still displaced and not quite close to being finished yet, but Scott and his crew have been excellent. They handle working with the insurance really well, and they get directly paid by the insurance so we don't need our bank to micromanage the funds paid out by insurance. If needed, they have all the connections they may need to keep moving forward with the process. Our house needs some demolition and construction done to fix the fire damage, and his contractors have also been awesome. My husband, who is not easily impressed, has been in fact 100% impressed with everyone he met through our relationship with TACMIT and Scott. There are quite a lot of horror stories in our local chat groups about everything with the fire remediation and restoration having gone wrong. So far TACMIT has handled everything thoroughly and professionally. Thank you for being exactly what we needed after this unfortunate historical disaster!

Before they were recommended to us, we had other mold remediation companies come out and none came close to the professionalism and thoroughness of this company.

If you want water damage resolved quickly, they are what you are looking for. They were not the cheapest quote but they were the fastest. I got quotes from other places that included drywall repair but they were a few days out. So I decided to go with Green Planet because they could start immediately. The only thing was that their quote didn't include drywall repair. I was told it's another dept and I would need to get a quote or I can find my own handyman. Ok how much can it be? Well after the water damage was resolved, I started getting quotes for drywall repair. I found out it was very expensive. In fact, well past the quote from the other places that included drywall repair. If I were to do it again, I would get quotes for the complete work so I can compare apples to apples.

Josh was great about explaining the procedure, and after he did his initial inspection, suggested that the leak detection people come out and once that was done, have his guys come out to open the ceiling. Alejandro then came out and ran the machines which got rid of the moisture and the smelly mold. Now that is done and I can fix the ceiling and I can post more pictures.
