And they aren't proactive about telling you so. Customer Service at the call center has been OK, but they never seem to have the correct answer or current information. I was told today that the truck was 4 stops away and would pick up today. That's been 4 hours ago. I understand the drivers work from 2 AM to 2:30 PM and can't go over that due to federal regulations per the Call Center. Excuses have been from broken truck to short staffed to holiday to weather. At some point, would you not get caught up? And ya don't have a back up truck?? Extremely disappointed with them as they once were like clockwork. I do not recommend Republic Waste.

Yes, small chips or scratches on the driveway are understandable, but their drivers negligently dropped the container off the tow hook and it came crashing down on my driveway causing several cracks. The dispatcher originally said their drivers found no damage which was a lie. Upon following up with their office with pics, they did give me the dumpster rental for free but said they would not pay for repairs. We've used Frog many times but will never use them again due to their lack of accountability and workers that don't appear to know what they're doing.

Despite them putting it there 3 times previously. Cost me 1/2 day extra labor for 2 people to haul trash extra 100 yards. Told them I needed dumpster for just 24 hours. They said OK. Then showed up after 22 hours. I told them I needed the remaining 2 hours, they charged me an additional $75 and didn't come back for 5 days.
