I gave in about a year ago and signed up for a membership. I told myself if I go even twice a month it's worth it. I actually try to go once a week! I think it's been worth it most months! Sometimes there are dumb people who go in the incorrect line, but other than that, there isn't usually too much of a wait to go through. Sometimes I get nervous that a car is too close behind me in the wash, but I guess trust the system to account for that. Only once I've been through did the stall I parked at not have a working vacuum. The vacuums have great suction and I love the two options. Occasionally if it's busy I've been in a stall without any of the cloths, but more often there are some available. So far so good. I also like how their washes clean the undercarriage of the vehicle, especially after the harsh snowdays and whatever is put on the roads, to help melt the snow. I love the feeling of driving in a freshly washed car....doesn't everyone? So when I found myself driving dirty *gasp,* I found the nearest car wash. I immediately was excited for this usually mundane chore. The nice young man that greeted me was wearing a white shirt and yellow tie. Odd, I thought, but maybe he's the manager. Nope, When I pulled around, I noticed that another young man who hosed off my car and guided me into the wash was dressed the same way. Impressive! I was excited to be the recipient of a free air freshener when I checked in through the Yelp app. Yass!! I love those little surprises. The wash did a nice job and I was delighted with them fun sign at the end of the wash that said "duck, duck go..oose!" to tell me when it was safe to proceed out of the wash. Every little detail from the yellow ties on the staff to the air freshener and even the brightly colored garbage cans was thought out. Well done! The best part was at the end. The vacuums were strong and I appreciated two different sizes-one larger for the floors and a smaller one to get into tight spaces. And get this-there was an air compressor available to blow out dust and dirt from the smallest spaces that the vacuum doesn't reach. Thank you Quick Quack (I'd hate to be the person to answer the phone and say that all day) for turning this chore into a fun activity. See you again soon. read more

Second time my truck has been damaged by these guys, and the second time they give a BS response about how it isn't their fault. STAY AWAY from these guys. Got a HUGE scratch on the passenger rear door. They went and pulled down video only to tell me that there is no way their machines could scratch the truck because it spins at 100 mph (have you seen them spin that fast??) and rocks and debris don't stay in the spinning brushes. How else did this magically appear?? While in the car wash my antenna gets snapped right off! Their excuse...we don't cover antennas. How convenient! Where do you state that during sign up?? I have been using this car wash since I got my car in July. I had been pretty happy with the wash, although you do have to bring a towel to get your car completely dry and sometimes it didn't get everything off. So I bought what for me has been close to a dream car. I'm not rich, this is not a super expensive vehicle but I love it. I didn't used to wash my car basically ever, but with this car I have been going twice a week, maybe even more. I'm super diligent about drying it off completely. When the weather was warmer it dried okay but still needed some attention. When the weather got colder there was A LOT more water on the car. I was okay with that, I figure it was just the weather. But lately after I leave, even after I spend a lot of time and effort to wipe my car down and get it completely dry, I get home and notice soap spots and streaks all over. My car looks worse after going to Quick Quack than it did before. I contacted customer service and let them know my experience was getting worse and worse in regard to the water left on my car and the soap spots and streaks. They have not responded at all! Their employees have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Despite not one of them being over the age of 25 they run that place well. The location is VERY convenient for me. Tomorrow I'm going to test out another car wash place. I will be cancelling my Quick Quack subscription that is for both my car and my wife's car. read more

I love to bring my car to Quick Quack. I never wait more than 5 minutes to get inside. They have everything I need to make it done. It's near to my house, clean place, good vacuums, rags available to dry your car, safety place to be and in my opinion very good atmosphere. I only wish the entrance would be on 7800 West in West Jordan. Anyway, I'm happy this place is 3 minutes driving from my home. I really recommend Quick Quack! read more

If you care about your car DO NOT come here. sure the price is good, and they're quick and have rags about 1/3 of the time, but their machine has done tons of damage to my car. I don't know what i can do to get my money back, but i definitely will not be paying 21 dollars a month to damage my car, and the wash honestly isn't as good as some other places i've been to in the past, i always find myself spraying window cleaner I had to buy, and wiping my windows immediately after the wash because they leave speckles on the windows. Basically, their machine has damaged my paint on my car, and i'll attach images. Love this car wash! The line can get crazy long after bad weather like the infamous mud rain we had in early spring. Avoid on weekends and it's not usually too busy. The monthly membership is totally worth it if you will come more than a couple times a month. Vacuums are really strong. read more

Don't go to the quick quack in west jordan. I have a membership and go to the one in my town all the time but needed a car wash really bad so i went the the WJ one and it was horrible. the driers genuinely didn't dry my car at all, thankfully there were rags to dry but even all of the rags were wet so i'm gonna have to go to another location and pray it isn't as bad as this one. the workers were also really grumpy and slow and there were a group of them talking to a friend in a car and it took my 7 minutes to get past the gate. read more

I like that they have good vaccums that actually pick up and clean. They have the air gun to blow out the water from those tight little areas. There's plenty of space in the parking area to find a spot even when busy. The location of where its at is very awkward though. Its at a busy intersection where people use the entrance on 7800 south that its a pain in the ass when people turn into the carwash going east on 7800 south. Really messed up the flow of traffic. Its bad enough the left lane into Jordan Landing backs up on the regular and now the right side too!! The kids that work there are very courteous and pleasant to deal with. read more

You don't know when you go to this location what you might get. I've been twice over the last couple of weeks and the soap was the only thing that worked both times. The water didn't rinse off all the soap, the compressed air wasn't working on one of the days, and the passenger side blowers didn't work either time. If I have to rinse off my truck (using three bottles of water I happened to have with me) and totally dry it, they're only doing 1/3 the work I'm paying for. I appreciate having the towels there to wipe down the truck but most of the time they're too damp to do much good. read more

Quick Quack just wants to make a quick buck. It's now $12 to wash your car and there is not even car cleaner to clean your car after. The wipe they provide doesn't so much when you have kids. I wish they would lower their prices and provide a better overall cleaning service. read more

Be Aware and BEWARE. I had some damage to my car after I got new tires and narrowed the timing and event to Quick Quack. I wanted to be sure that the damage was from the Quack and not just go in angry. The next time I went to get a car wash I stopped, before going through, to talk with the attendant. I showed him the slashes on my tires and had him verify that there were 2 of them. Then I went through the wash and went right back to the same attendant. There was a new fresh slash on the same tire - a 3rd slash. They assured me they would take care of it. They ignored the "report" for about a month until I finally called them. They blamed me for the damage and said I must have hit something. The attendant knows the truth which is very disappointing. Very bad service for damage that was unmistakably their fault. The worst thing is they blamed me for their wash doing damage. read more

I love the Quick Quack and so do my kids. Unlike other car washes, the Quick Quack has cool lights and colors that illuminate the car like a ride at an amusement park. I think the quality is great too. I use the monthly pass for both my cars and I love being able to go as often as I want. They advertised their grand opening with free car washes until the 17th. That's what was posted on Facebook and other ads I saw for this place but when I got there I was told by the employee that the free washes on the 16th because his boss said so even though he admitted to seeing the 17th as well. So I bought the 7.99 wash just to give it a shot since I was there. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Cleaned very little and non of the bugs were removed. The wash was so bad that I still had soap on my truck. I will not be going back and people that drive trucks beware. read more

I am someone who never pays to get my car washed. I have been here a total of 3 times so far and I've always had pleasant experiences. Employees were friendly and patient about explaining the different options, and the monthly memberships available. I've tried all 3 tiers of washes and my car has always come out nice and clean. I have been a patron of mister car wash only because of convenience and what drove me to leave was their air drying at the end of the wash. It would never dry correctly and would always leave water marks near the middle of my windshield that you can't reach. With that being said I tried the location on 7800 S by the Jordan landing. Had to wait a bit because they only have one wash drive thru. Nonetheless I tried their wash and I saw how the air dryer dried my windshield. Much better in comparison to mcw. At this location they have an air hose with a nozzle that lets you blow off excess water a huge plus. Again something that the mcw locations I frequented did not have. I am a stickler when it comes to having a water mark free windshield. You'd figure mcw having different locations I wouldn't have the same problem. Here at quick quack I did not, now I have a membership to QQ. Sorry not sorry MCW! read more

Today I had my car wash I paid 19.99 . I have been here before and all was great. Today when pulling in an older man wearing a white button down shirt (somewhat balding ) was the person who did the bug spray and didn't even bother to do the quick brush of the front. If this gentleman is part of the management team he sets a poor example of the way it should be done. When I arrived at my destination I found my car to still be full of bugs on the front.
