Even when the guys are in task mode and it's very busy Alex is so friendly and welcoming while he's got his hands full. I usually get the $40 full interior/exterior detail and if it's not a busy day it doesn't take more than 25-30 minutes. I once spilled my entire drink in my car and called nervously asking if it would be ok to come in with only a few minutes before closing. They let me come up and did what they could for the night, and we talked through the plan for me to come back within two days to finish getting the floor fully cleaned. It felt so intentional from all the guys who I talked with and the follow through on plan and pricing was intentional as well. I tell everyone about Prompt and the unbeatable value. When I have the ability to down the road I'll absolutely be getting a membership. If you're brand new to the experience it's just mildly confusing at first. Entrance is to the south west and you'll wait for someone to come talk to you before driving through the car wash. Then someone will direct you where to pull up. They don't tell you this because they're in task mode and assume you're a pro at this part: once you're parked in the lane they've directed you to, just leave your key but grab your wallet, phone, other essentials, and head on into the waiting room. Someone will come in and call out your car make/model when they're ready to take your payment, and again once they're done with your car. My friend first told me about Prompt a year ago and I'm so thankful. It has really been a godsend for my overwhelmed brain that I can steward car ownership in this way that's so accessible financially and from a fantastic team, when I'd otherwise let way too long go by without cleaning and sink further and further into guilt and overwhelm about it.

Sometimes there are dumb people who go in the incorrect line, but other than that, there isn't usually too much of a wait to go through. Sometimes I get nervous that a car is too close behind me in the wash, but I guess trust the system to account for that. Only once I've been through did the stall I parked at not have a working vacuum. The vacuums have great suction and I love the two options. Occasionally if it's busy I've been in a stall without any of the cloths, but more often there are some available. So far so good. With it being near my house, it's been a great even mid-day break sometimes.

I pulled in, and stopped my car, they were already vacuuming before I was able to I tell them which package I wanted. I got the "works" for $26.72. This price does not include the detail service, but does come with a tree air freshener. There is a small waiting area with coffee, greeting cards, and a few snacks for purchase. While you wait for your car to be serviced, you can see through the windows as your car passes by on the automatic conveyer belt. Well you can pretend to see it, as the windows are so covered with hard water, and soap. What's nice about this car wash is, if you get "The works" package it comes with elbow grease, and with any luck sparkling windows you can see out of. Today was a short wait day when they said your car is ready. I walked outside, saw my shiny car, and was handed my keys. I was on my way. It's so nice to drive in a clean car, it's like sleeping in a freshly made bed with crisp new sheets. Initially.... After driving for a few miles, and having the sun hit the back window just right, I can see where it looks like they have smeared the dirt around, not taking the time to make sure the window was streak/smear free. So disappointed. I paid alot of money to have clean Windows. They just gave the vacuuming a quick once over as there are still little bits of this, and that between the seats, and even a business card, I guess somehow got there on it's own. It's a lot better than when I brought it in, and I'm giving a 4 star rating based on an the average over all the times I've been here. There is a sign that says they are hiring. With that being said, I brought my new car because the home I'm renting has no hose so I came here because it's the closest to my home. Compared to other car washes I'd say it's the least favored for a few reasons. 1. You have to pay for towels(other places it's free) 2. The wash isn't as entertaining for the kids and seems much shorter. What I did like was the air that they had available next to vacuums. The vacuums I used we're working.
