The business model at this location in Lodi leave something to be desired. High pressure tactics result in signing up for a monthly wash. When you discover that the car wash is ineffective and causes cosmetic issues to your vehicles and you attempt to have them rectify the situation good luck. The most challenging and infuriating part of this business is making attempts to cancel your membership. First attempt talking to management on site who assured us they would cancel the memberships on our company vehicles Two next month when the charge reappears on your credit card statement, you were told to go online and cancel it. Three good luck online attempting to cancel your membership. Fortunately you're required to create an account online put all of your information in and then turn around and cancel the membership. (heck the only thing required to sign up for a monthly membership is to hand them your credit card one time end of story nothing else needed!) Four when that fails you're required to call a foreign country on their 800 number and forced to use a Google translator to truly understand the process to cancel your account. Bottom line, a monthly membership is not recommended by this yelper. Having your car washed at this location with the caveat that your car might look different coming out the other end of the tunnel is OK read more

Wash is constantly broken and does a bad job and doing its only job. To top it off, location constantly giving me a good wash when I pay for ceramic. At this point, it seems intentional and scammy. Go to the one by Raleys instead. read more

Today I canceled my membership after years of service because I can't take my car being damaged any longer. I've noticed weird marks for a while but it wasn't after a car wash I put it together that the wash was scratching my car in the same pattern every time I went through. Additionally it has warped and ruined my license plate practically ripping it off the front of my car. Disappointing to say the least. I now see many similar reviews reporting damage. Do better please. read more

I came here and the older gentleman, Jim, gave amazing service and helped us pick the best deal! Jim's customer service was amazing!

Service was very welcoming and authentic. Joshua service was top notch provided great knowledge and smile on his face. We will be back!

Don't go here. They will damage your car and say they didn't damage your car. All around a horrible experience. It started with the cashier. I told him several times I just wanted a single wash but he kept on insisting that I go with the monthly plan. Then the moment I entered the car wash I heard something rip off my car and when I got out I saw my side trim was ripped off. They filled out some report, 2 days later I got a email saying that there equipment didn't damage my car. It 100% damaged my car. I was supposed to receive a call from the supervisor but still haven't gotten a call. Terrible car wash. Don't go here. read more

I've washed my husband's truck and my car here a few times now. They came out clean enough for me, no complaints. This review is mainly for the outstanding service. Angelo let me use his phone to call AAA after I accidentally locked myself out of my husband's truck while vacuuming. (Very powerful vacuums there, btw). Thankfully, I left the window open a crack. So within minutes, Angelo unlocked it with a metal hook before I could receive any help from AAA. He was patient and professional the whole time. David was also a friendly employee the last time I went. He stayed patient and pleasant with me while I struggled to read his screen without my glasses lol. (I was adding my car to the membership for just $2 more). Last month, I paid 50% off the membership for $18.99. Great deal, but it will be too much after my month is up. If the price was lower, I'd gladly add another star. read more

Warning to all car owners! Avoid Quick Quack Car Wash on Reynolds Ranch Way at all costs! They damaged the roof of my car and are refusing to take responsibility. I filed an incident report right after it happened, and after days of silence, they finally emailed me -- denying my claim and even denying the photos they took themselves before and after the wash. If you care about your vehicle, do NOT go through this car wash. Save yourself the headache and damage! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. The people were not very friendly. A man started rummaging threw my truck bed when he could have just said something to me and I would have fixed it. They did not give me a receipt. When I came out of the car wash there was still dirt all over my truck. On the steps bumper and hood. I was not satisfied with the service at all. read more

I decided to give this location another try after about a year. I do think that the equipment seems to have been adjusted since then. My car gets washed pretty well, but it still doesn't dry it well. If I don't wipe it down before leaving, there are definitely water spots. But overall, I'm more satisfied with the wash than when I first reviewed. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Quick Quack Car Wash. For many years, I used another car wash service without experiencing any issues. The only reason I switched to Quick Quack was because of the attractive membership promotion offered during your grand opening. Unfortunately, during my first month as a customer, my vehicle's rear taillight cover was damaged and completely came off after using your car wash. I immediately reported the incident to the manager on site, but nothing was done to address the damage. I was told that the company does not cover damages to vehicles older than five years, which I found very frustrating and disappointing. Since then, I have made numerous calls to customer service seeking assistance. Each time, I was referred back to the manager at the location where the damage occurred. However, despite multiple visits at different times of the day, the manager is never available. Employees have repeatedly taken messages and assured me that the manager would contact me, but I have never received a call back. As a result of this damage, I had to spend approximately $900 to replace both rear taillights and their covers out of my own pocket. Throughout this process, I have received no assistance, follow-up, or effort to retain me as a customer. At the very least, I would have appreciated some form of compensation, membership credit, or goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience and expense I incurred. To make matters worse, I am now noticing that other exterior parts of my vehicle are becoming loose after using the car wash. This has raised serious concerns about continuing my membership, as I worry that additional damage may occur. I expected much better customer service and accountability from your company. I hope someone from your corporate office will review this matter, investigate my concerns, and provide an appropriate resolution. My contact info: newzindagi@yahoo.com read more

Tried this car wash today for the first time after getting gas at Costco. What a joke! Old man in a bow tie tried selling me their upgraded monthly plan like he was selling time shares. I clearly asked for a "single-good" wash - I had to tell him several times as he just proceeded to run his mouth. Sometimes it's about the customer service experience and this one was not enjoyable at all. Unlike Arnold in the TERMINATOR "I will NOT be back." read more

Great service! Junior was amazing! Love this place. Best car wash in town. Quick quack Lodi

First time back since they went quack. The prices went up, and the coupon on their website for$4 off didn't work. The rep told me that code was only for membership. Well, buddy, it doesn't say that on your website. I was already in line, so I paid for the lucky duck. My car was still dirty afterward. There were still bird droppings on my window and hood. This car wash is quack, and I'm never going back. read more

I love going to Quick Quack car wash at Reynolds Ranch in Lodi. Dago and Christine have made my experiences there pleasant with their friendly smiles!! keep up the good work! read more

Absolute worst car wash in existence. When it was Kelly's it was twice as good at half the price- no exaggeration. I paid 30 for the most expensive CERAMIC DUCK car wash. The bugs are still on the windshield and car is dirty I tell them and they run it through again and was supposed to be the ceramic duck but got a basic wash which wiped all the armor all and wax off. After that the car is still dirty. They are also letting their expensive long grass around the facility die because of poor watering. What gives? This establishment is a tragedy. read more

I was so disappointed.... First they tried to talk us into a membership for one month, told us that we could not use the vacuum unless we had a membership! Then we agreed that we would do a membership for $9.99 for one month! These guys quacked me up, not in a funny sense.... $35.00 Anyway we ended up paying $12 for one wash, We went to the drive through: NO PRE-SCRUB NO HAND DRY NO VACUME UNLESS YOUR A MEMBER When we were done it looked like the car hadn't been washed!! Never again!!! read more

I used to be a member but could not get there often enough. The last 3 times I went there. the car was left dirty, bird poop still on each side and the back widow was not even wet. They push memberships way too hard. I went there the other day and the lady I purchased the car wash from tried to run me for a membership and when I was firm with a no she had to get a manager or someone up the chain from her to try to help her sell me and then take the off the charge for a membership. When you drive up for a single car wash they automatically ask which membership you are signing up for. Register your car in there system before they even talk to you. It's overly aggressive and makes me not want to come back. I don't want subscriptions to everything under the sun. I wash my car most of the time and only had a couple extra minutes to get my car washed and got badgered for longer than what it took for the car to get washed. read more

I hate the feeling that someone is getting over on me. On September 20 I drove through the QUICK QUACK car wash as I have been for the past year. This time the roller brush removed and dismounted my transverse rack off the roof of my car and propelled, hitting the body of my vehicle in numerous places. Unfortunately, my windshield was also chipped during the incident. It felt like I was in a horrible collision the way that it sounded and it couldn't get out. There was some pushback, but I was able to file a report with the manager ANGELO. He did call me several days later to refer me to a body shop in Stockton, the damages were close to $5000. He sent me to another body shop damages or close to $7000. He then calls me and tells me that they will pay me maximum of $200.00. Since this incident, he has ignored several phone calls and text messages. I've tried corporate office, but they say that the managers are responsible for the decision making. I can't even get the corporate office to disclose who the regional manager is to me. I write this all to say, I've heard of cars being damaged while going through a car wash, but I ignored the warnings and its costing me. My peace, my time and now my money read more

Went to quick quack for the first time and it will definitely be the last! We paid for the most "premium" car wash. The wash was not at all effective, we went through and it just splashed some water to move the dirt around. We noticed the dirty spots had not been cleaned off after going through the wash. We showed the workers that we could rub the dirty spots off with our thumb, so they begrudgingly let us go through again and it didn't make a difference. We are glad we didn't pay for the membership. This is our car after two washes. read more

Horrible location I would NEVER take your car here. They always find a way to not pay for damage to your car. Go to a touchless wash

I've used this car wash twice now, and both times I am pestered repeatedly to sign up for a monthly subscription I do not want. As a full time working mom, I'm lucky if I have time to wash my car once a month - I don't need or want to spend $40 for a car wash. During this last experience I told the guy three times I wanted to purchase one car wash - each time he completely ignored me and kept trying to sell me on a plan - I finally backed my car out - I don't need to be pay to be treated so poorly read more

I have not been to quick quak since it has opened. I really liked Kelly's car wash and after quick quak took over the reviews I seen weren't the best, but I decided to try it out this morning. I DO NOT recommend this car wash! Look at all the bad reviews & you make the call. Their rating is terrible for a reason. The wash quality terrible! Might as well take a garden hose and simply spray off your car & you'll get the same results! BEWARE...THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP IS A SCAM!!! They capture your credit card and automatically renew the membership and make you wait on hold, jump through hoops to cancel. I specifically ask the attendant if it auto renews and they blatantly LIED and said "no sir, it won't automatically renew". Guess what...it automatically renewed & no refunds either! This place is a scam and a sub par car wash. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Run don't walk from this place... read more

been coming here for awhile and it's always a good wash:) very nice employees as well

Can I give this place no stars? Just spent $22 on their middle tier car wash. Did it clean my windshield? Nope. So over priced. They recently went a remodel and are trying to have more customer service. An individual tried to sell me on an unlimited car wash for $9 for the month. I don't get my car washed more then once a month, am I all of a sudden going to start going more? Think I'll save my money and do it myself. Also, they have a time frame on how long you can use the vacuum. read more

I USED to love this car wash before this company took over. Unfortunately I've seen another accident inside of it this morning. They need more distance between cars and I'd highly recommend changing the lights to a Purple, Yellow or Orange. The RED looks like brake lights. I miss having the employees scrub the front windshield for bugs and the car wipe down at the end. read more
