This place used to be a my favorite place to get a car wash when it was run by Kelly's. Then Quick Quack bought it, "renovated" it, and jacked up the prices by almost 50%. Now you get to pay even more for an inferior wash that left multiple dirty spots on my Mazda. To add insult to injury, they removed the staff that hand dried your car after the wash and moved them to the entrance to upsell people on a useless monthly subscription. Just another case of a big company buying a great product and making it worse in the name of driving up profits. read more

I need to 1st of all tell you, my absolute most favorite part of the whole thing today was those vacuums they have. Oh my goodness-gracious-bodacious oh my, if the hose was bigger it may have taken a finger. I've never used a more powerful vacuum. It's great! This is our go-to for getting car washes. Is it a perfect place, no, but we have really only had one issue in all of the times we have gone here. There are normally numerous employees working to guide you into the wash, scrub your windows, protect your mirrors, and then to dry your car on the way out. The only time we had an issue was about a year ago when my car's tire struck the side rails of the guiding pieces and it must have perfectly hit right on my tire's air valve which then bent the valve and air couldn't be kept in the wheel. We had to go and call for a tow truck to get our tire serviced/repaired. Besides this issue, the only other more frequent issue is that there may be a lot of people getting their cars washed when you finally get around to washing yours. There are coupon codes you can use as well as your receipt usually gives you a 1/2 off code for a second wash as long as you use it within 2 weeks. Watch the weather and make sure you don't head this way just before a storm...no one likes washing their car and then going through bad weather! read more

This is no longer Kelly's Car wash but is now Quick Quack car wash. I loved going to Kelly's for years. That all changed when I went there this morning. The price has literally doubled. And they no longer wipe your car down at the end. So now you pay twice as much for half the service. They no longer have a pay kiosk. Instead they have someone with an iPad taking your order. I just wanted a simple car wash but the guy with the tablet REPEATEDLY tried to upsale me on buying a monthly membership and would not swipe my credit card for the carwash I was trying to get. After the 3rd time of trying to sell me a membership I started to loose my cool and dropped an "F" bomb telling him "I only want 1 F'ing car wash." He finally swiped my card. I would have left without a car wash and gladly gone somewhere else except by that point I had 3 other cars backed up behind me. I do not like leaving bad reviews and instead think its more important to build up local businesses in our community. But... This place sucks now & I will never go there again. And I reccomend that no one else go there either. read more

I went today to the Location in Lodi and the car wash stoped moving. So I ended up stuck in the middle will the machines were still moving. They made me go over the bump and it was bad. Then when they told me to go wait for the manager I was checking out my car and the driver door window molding and paint got all scratched. Mid way through my car wash the car in front of me got stuck and while I was unable to see I was pushed directly into it. The manager reviewed the video and saw it, but because the damage was minor he said "oh well". Won't be coming back here. I don't want damage to my vehicle due to a $10 wash. Went to Kelly's car wash in my 2012 Silverado and the machine ripped off my right side windshield wiper blade then proceeded to bend the actual wiper arm itself all the way up until it was hitting my window, the staff did nothing to cover/replace it and they said it wasn't their fault. So I brought my truck through a few weeks back.. there was barely any tire shine on the tires, I paid for the works and there is never dull tire color left after going through this place. I bring my wife's car through a few days later and ask the guy working if he knows the tire shine isn't working well. His response is it's hit or miss but usually works. I have talked to the manager and a couple of other employees about this and still nothing has been done. A dollar isn't much but I go every time that I visit Costco, which is usually once a week. Horrible effort to take care of my recently bought Lexus . The pressure of one of the machines caused a strip of paint to come off. So the manager contacted his ,"good friend",James Paulk (horrible shop btw and is obviously going to have his best interest )auto body and shop stated that there was a recent repair done on the car without coming to look at the vehicle. So He had the manager test it. If the paint can come off easily then it was repainted. It didn't come off, it stayed put . And so he called today and said they would absolutely nothing. Not even a compensation,nothing would be done to lessen the blow to my Lexus . Horrible business. Car wash scratched the side of my new truck. The scratches were not there before going into the wash and were very apparent after all the down the driver side of truck. Immediately talked to crew lead and he took pictures of my truck. Two days later Kevin the manager called me and treated me like I was con artist trying to get a free paint job. DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely pitiful experience for a Carwash. When we got out of the Carwash (car was in neutral) the Carwash pushed our BRAND NEW Volkswagen Touareg right into the curb causing rim rash on the right front tire rim. There wasn't even enough time to brake or put the car into gear before it happened. We immediately went to speak with the manager, and instead of having a professional demeanor he behaved much like a 5 year old who didn't get his way. He kept screaming "it's not our problem" and when we told him he was behaving poorly for a manager he walked away not even attempting to find a resolution. I will avoid this business like the plague. Hopefully the business owner finds the sense to remove the current manager. I went here in the beginning of the month for a wash thinking it would be a good idea considering it was a new place to the Reynolds ranch shopping center, but immediately regretted it right after. The guy at the front of the wash grabbed a brush out of a dirty tub they have there in beginning with no grate to keep down debris and started going to town scrubbing the front of my car, windshield and bottom of back of car. It left light scratches all over tip of hood, top of hood by windshield and back bumper. I came back to let manager know who looked like he was on drugs and immediately said he didn't do it and they were there already. I told him this is a new bmw and there are no other horizontal scratches on vehicle other than the ones that he did with brush. I took pictures and let him know I wasn't trying to get money out of them but would like them to fix scratches with at least a exterior detailing to remove scratches. Manager said he would let owners know and get back to me. He returned one phone call later that day and said he couldn't get a hold of owner and would give me a call back, I heard nothing back and called his personal phone number he gave me saying there was no office number not corporate number available. I got no answer and no return call after I left message. Now I have a 2016 bmw 335i black with ugly scratches all on car and every time I wash it and see it pisses me off! Mad car owner I have a new 2018 rav4.I took it here, at Kelly's carwash, went thru the carwash. The employees were very good, especially the dryers at the end.A short time later I noticed a scratch on the front passenger side of my car.Thought nothing of it,blamed it on shopping carts at the stores. The next time another scuff /scratch. The next time another scratch all in the same area.Today I went there to let the manager know what has been happening. The gentleman who said he was the manager came out to look at it, got VERY defensive. He brushed it off on someone brushing against it. I explained it was 3different times and at the same time as my getting the car washed. The reply I got as he stormed off was "why do you people always blame it on the carwash". I wasn't looking for money. I knew he wasn't going to do anything about it. I just wanted to let him know that there may be something that needed adjusting so this doesn't happen to anyone else.He said no-one else has had this issue. I said that you know of. He said they check there equipment everyday,so he knows it not the carwash.Maybe it is the design of the car that causes the brushes hit it just right, I don't know.
