I'm a monthly member at this Quick Quack location and usually have a good experience, but lately…read moreit's been frustrating. A big part of why I pay for the membership is the vacuums, and most of them haven't been working on multiple visits. It's not just one stall--it's been several at a time, which makes it hard to actually finish cleaning my car after the wash. For a paid membership, I expect the equipment to be maintained and available. The wash itself is solid, but the vacuum situation needs serious attention. Hoping management addresses this soon because I'd like to keep coming here without having to hunt for a working vacuum every time.

This place was pretty busy but there was almost no wait time. I chose the $13 dollar car wash. I didn't see any missed spots on my van but I did see some missed spots on the wheels when I wiped them out. I like the little air sprayer to spray out the water in the spots where you can't really dry it. And that you can spray out the dust before you vacuum so you know you have a really cleaned vehicle. The vacuums seem pretty strong. I didn't feel like it missed any spots. I will definitely be back here to visit. This might be my go to place to clean my car from now on.

Didn't ask me any questions, just chose for me. When my car was done I went to go dry it. When I was done, I went to vacuum my car and the vacuum wasn't working. None of them were. An employee was nearby and I asked, they said they were working on it. I asked nicely why we weren't told when we paid. He ignored my question and said the other side vacuum's were working. Okay I move to the other side. The moment I pull one of them, the top just falls off (I took a photo and can provide proof). Couldn't use that one. The other vacuum barely worked. Here is my thing, you all advertise free vacuuming and they didn't work or barely worked. Why didn't the worker notify me. I could have come back or gone somewhere else. I didn't get the service I paid for. Happy to send photos of my receipt and the vacuum falling apart.
