I ended up leaving without any kind of prewash or towels others received. As for the wash itself, very VERY skint on chemicals and soap. Do yourself a favor and find one of the washes at the grocery store. They're far better maintained and stocked. A HUGE waste of money and time.

Expensive for what you get…read more Compared to what I brought the car in looking like (dog slobber all over the windows, sand in every crevasse and lots of dog hair stuck to the upholstery) it looked pretty good at first glance, but on closer inspection there were things they missed. There is still lots of sand in the back seat seat belt buckle crevasses, I don't think they even touched the trunk and the top inch of glass on my windows is still all dirty because they didn't roll them down to get the part that seals into the door. I payed $43 for the "interior super clean" and a car wash. I expected more from the interior super clean service, especially for what I paid for it. If I go here again I will definitely double check the car before leaving and make sure they get everything.
