I have been to this location three or four times, and in all my visits, I received good service. The store was clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and the prices were not bad at all. Not the best prices I've seen but not unreasonable. The staff were very helpful in checking to see if they can get hold of some rarer bottles. They have a nice selection of store picks as well, and seem to highlight everything from Jeppson's bourbon with different finishes (not talking Malort) to high end Barrell and Nashville Bottling Co offerings. There are some nice sales as well that are very tempting. Besides bourbon, a very nice single malt section. When I was there, there was a lively crowd at the bar talking world politics....interesting but the liquor they were consuming clearly didn't help them make salient points. Went to the store today and had a question at the service desk. There were three employees working and I was completely ignored. After waiting about five minutes to be acknowledged, I asked if I was invisible. One person reluctantly looked up from his phone. The other guy was walking around the store on his phone. The third employee, the cashier just stared blankly. And this isn't the first time. Each time where I've had to ask a question at the front desk, it's like I'm a bother by being there. And when I in store, or pick up an order online, the cashier just stares blankly, doesn't interact, and is completely unfriendly. It's like they're doing you a favor by answering a question or checking you out. I've only continued to go there because sometimes they have some good bottles, or good sales, but not worth it to have to deal with the rude and unfriendly employees. I'm done with this store.

This place had every type of beer you could want - Bell's Two Hearted, 3 Floyds, Lakefront you name it, they got it - including Holiday packs - for the same price at Binny's. They also carry nice wines and liquors at reasonable price. A few days after that, I went over to the hardware store to get a tank propane for my gas grill. They told me they had just sold the last tank, but recommended I try Mos. I had no idea they sold propane. I was able to pick a tank up and cook my Christmas steaks on the grill. Wooot!
