I have to think he's from one of the 2 other tunnel washes within a mile! This place is great. My husbands car is black and mines white. No issues EVER! My husband is a clean car fanatic! He dearly loves to join the car wash clubs where you pay a monthly fee for unlimited car washes. In fact, he literally never walks past my car without looking to see if it's clean. Doesn't everyone's husband have their "things@ lol? Wonder what he'd say mine are haha. I'd rather not know. Back to my point. We've belonged to so many car wash places based on where we live. (Oh, there it is. My thing. I'm an Interior Designer so we've moved. A LOT!). We've probably belonged to 6-8 car wash clubs in Tulsa, some that have multiple locations you can visit. By far, and I mean by literally leaps and bounds, THIS! This is so much nicer than all the other car washes. I have no idea what a basic wash is. The monthly unlimited (even unlimited per day if you're a tidy freak ^) is $60. The vacs are complimentary. The employees are friendly and efficient. The tunnel is clean and well maintained. Many times I've seen an employee inside the tunnel washing the windows! Some of the other tunnel places get so gross and moldy inside... so if you're ever down south in the Tulsa area, try this. Tunnel wash!

The vacuums work so well! And I love the air hose to dust off and dry. I wish we had one of these in Muskogee. It looked pretty expensive for a fancy wash, but I don't even know what kind I got but it worked well.

This review is for the 71st Sheridan location. I went the first week they opened and was so scared…read moremy car was going to run into the car infront of it. The boy who was supposed to tell me when to put my car into neutral failed to do so. He also didn't tell me if my wheels needed to be more aligned. I decided to give 1 last chance and go today and once again the boy didn't give clear directions on what to do with my car when going into the wash. And the lights at the end don't tell you when to put your car on drive. All the lights on the board at the end were all blinking. There needs to be better instructions for coming in and going out. Will not be back because I'm just too afraid something bad will happen to my car.

The bugs were seriously stuck to the hood & windshield but the staff let me go through the wash twice to get the remainder of them off. Also, I hadn't been able to find a place with good vacuums- until I came here! The vacuums were so powerful they got ALL the fur up with little effort. Super happy with this location, the well taken care of equipment(vacuums) & the understanding staff. OH and they offer you clean microfiber towels to wipe either inside or outside of your car. Thanks guys!

I chose Lester to detail my car because of their long history and their proximity to the heart of downtown Tulsa. I found what I needed. I was treated like a friend and not a commodity. They went out of their way to make their service convenient for a new customer. I cannot believe the value they gave me for such a reasonable price, far below what I expected--and no gimmicks or upcharge. I was amazed at the quality of their work. I plan on visiting them routinely, every month or so, in between car washes. I stopped waxing my car along time ago, but Lesters takes care of that for me to protect my clear coat and the resale value of my car.

The prices are a little higher than other places, but to me totally worth it. It's also across town from me, but I'll go the extra distance for this car wash. They provide towels near the vacuuming bays to dry your vehicle off, which to me, is such a nice perk! Here are always plenty of towels, I usually get two. The vacuuming bays are always clean and the trash is emptied throughout the day. Once I can when they were just opening and the wash wasn't working. They gave me 2 free car wash coupons to make up for it. I was only a little disappointed but was back the next weekend to use a coupon and get a great wash. This is THE BEST car wash as far as I am concerned. Lines can get a little long in the summer, but it's because it's the best! I HIGHLY recommend!
