The wife's Audi Q5 went in last fall for a few things, but working with Perry gave me complete confidence in QEG - we wound up having multiple things done to her Q5 to update it a bit and make it more exciting: new front grill, new blackout emblems, new aftermarket air intake, a tune to make more ponies, fresh powder-coated rims and new tires all around plus an oil change. The price for everything including labor wasn't cheap, but it was good for the amount of professional work that went into what we wanted done. They took the minimum amount of time and Perry worked with me along the way as I kept adding things. We recently got a check engine light and got it into QEG to find out that the turbo was having a problem. Instead of a bill for an entire new turbo and associated labor costs, they narrowed it down to a $400 part (plus labor of course) and saved me a few thousand. Perry, Jimmy and Pops are great to deal with, and the mechanics do a great job. We use them for my son's Volkswagen, and they are very knowledgeable. They worked on a headlight harness, control arms, and they were even competitive price wise for new tires. They work on Audis, Porsches and Lamborghinis, too. read more

I've been looking for a trust-worthy and competent shop for my ~9 year old Lexus SUV for some time. I took it to Firestone a few times, which was a train-wreck. I tried Blackwell as Toyota specialists but even they weren't great. I finally found Quick Everetts and am so happy I did. Quick Everetts addressed several issues I had asked them to and even found other issues that previous shops missed (or even caused!). QE is now 'my shop' and I won't go anywhere else: totally honest, very fair on price, quality work, and customer service is great. I've paid good money for a lot of bad alignments in my life- I tell you what I've never been more impressed and pleased than I was with the service I got from the guys at Quick Everett's - Hal personally did my alignment and took the time to make sure it was perfect after I installed aftermarket coil overs. Brought my Cayenne GTS in for headlight service. Issue was not addressed, or it was not checked. That same evening the lights did not work properly. Just spoke with Perry the owner about the issue and his response is that my vehicle does not have adaptive lights or I do not understand what adaptive lights are. Here is the definition so everyone can be clear Adaptive headlights While the technology is complex and may vary between auto manufacturers, adaptive headlights generally feature bulbs that rotate in the direction of the vehicle's movement or speed, expanding the driver's field of vision by pivoting up to 15 degrees as the steering wheel is turned or embedded sensors detect a shift in ... (the lights move when you turn Perry) The vehicle also has side lights but that is not the issue the side lights are amber in color and you can clearly tell the difference with the HID light color being very blue. I was told $125 first and then charged $250 then told that the only way to fix this issue is to come in again and have them see what is going on..and that it sounds like a hardware issue. I am going to take it to an official dealer and have them provide evidence that you are not able to complete this repair properly, and will provide you with evidence that the programing is what is the issue. Never going to this place ever again, and I would advise you not to as well. Go to the dealer its not even that much more money...Thank you for wasting my time and money. read more

My granddaughter's 2012 Jetta would not heat up. We did all the things we knew to check for something simple. The shop we used to take our German cars had since closed. I messaged back and forth with Perry at Quick Everett's Garage and decided to take it in there after getting a ballpark estimate if it turned out to be the heater core. It took a few days to get it in because of holidays and they are super busy. However, once they had it they got right on it. It was fixed quickly and the cost was a little less than the quote. It's toasty warm now and everyone there was very nice. If we need anything else on that car, that's where it will go. read more

My car went to EG twice in two weeks. It's broken down twice since being at EG. I spent 5k and many weeks without a car. The first time I was quoted over 8k. When I asked what do I need to do to arrange to tow it out, I was told let me talk to the shop Forman. Within an hour I was called back and it was fixed for $900. No call to say it was now only $900 or to ask if I wanted to proceed. Fast forward a whole week or so and supposedly I needed a new turbo charger. The glow plug light came on and I was it was the turbo charger, and I needed a timing belt replacement. $4000 total. Now my car in in Atl at my hometown mechanic. I've been advised the work was shoddy, overpriced and the turbo charger was probably never the problem. It now has 3 errors a intake manifold stuck and a filter that should have been inspected. The bottom line. They have a monopoly. They are expensive, condescending and unresponsive when questioned about their reasoning or practices. If you are a woman I advise don't go there. read more

I had been chasing an electrical issue with my VW CC and not a single other shop in the Chattanooga area was even capable of diagnosing and solving it. QE had full confidence that they could get to the bottom and get me rolling again asap. They had the problem diagnosed, solved and had my car back within 24hrs, at less than estimated! Owner is rude and condescending. Stated I was out of his work area (Chattanooga 37406) even though I have a functioning car I could drop off. Was rude and disrespectful about answering questions. Didn't answer my questions fully, was short with me and talked over me just to tell me they don't offer that service. Wasted my time for no reason instead of saying they don't offer the service from the start. Lastly told me my problem can't be fixed cause he has a buddy (who doesn't work for him nor with him) that says so. read more

My first experience was the way I remember things when I was young and everybody knew the few places who knew their stuff, proud to put their name on their service and were reasonable. The people I met were upbeat, friendly and professional. That says to me that they enjoy working there and like what they are doing. I can smell business done right and these guys have it.
