Used their phone number after two calls get a text saying "text me". So I did asking the questions that I need answers to only to get what??? No response. If you want to deal with a company that has customer service this isn't the one to use. So after getting outbid I decide it wouldn't bid on anything else from this company cause of you need answers you will not get a response.
