My only complaint is in the beef dish they substituted the usual dried hot red peppers with fresh red peppers, my dish had just a few tiny pieces of the yummy dried pepper. :( The dish still tasted good though! Their food is clean and fresh. The flavor is excellent and if it's not spicy enough, they have extra sauces on the table. Of all the Uygur places I've tried in Ankara, this is the best. For dessert we had the special which was jasmine tea or Turkish coffee with roasted honey coated walnuts. The jasmine tea was delicious and my favorite part of the entire meal! One thing that left a bitter taste in my mouth was the stinginess of the restaurant. I asked for a small glass of water to take some medicine and I was charged a ridiculous amount.
