Also, service was quick and friendly. I had the hot and sour soup, shrimp dumplings, and a beef dish with pepper, all were really tasty. My only complaint is in the beef dish they substituted the usual dried hot red peppers with fresh red peppers, my dish had just a few tiny pieces of the yummy dried pepper. :( The dish still tasted good though! You never have to wait very long to have your order taken or have your food placed on your table. The food is absolutely amazing and whenever I'm craving spicy noodles, I come here. Their food is clean and fresh. The flavor is excellent and if it's not spicy enough, they have extra sauces on the table. Of all the Uygur places I've tried in Ankara, this is the best.
