Also, service was quick and friendly. I had the hot and sour soup, shrimp dumplings, and a beef dish with pepper, all were really tasty. My only complaint is in the beef dish they substituted the usual dried hot red peppers with fresh red peppers, my dish had just a few tiny pieces of the yummy dried pepper. :( The dish still tasted good though! Urumçi Uygur is slightly upscale and sometimes you see people dressed up, but it's not necessary. The service is fast and very kind. You never have to wait very long to have your order taken or have your food placed on your table. The food is absolutely amazing and whenever I'm craving spicy noodles, I come here. Their food is clean and fresh. The flavor is excellent and if it's not spicy enough, they have extra sauces on the table. Of all the Uygur places I've tried in Ankara, this is the best. Their food is not extra greasy, like some other ones. Overall, this is a must try in Ankara. You won't regret it!

We went there for dinner. The restaurant offers a very pleasant atmosphere with a small pond and well thought decorations. They serve spicy chicken bites and some roll on the house while you wait for your orders and they refill these as soon as you finish them. We had edamame, shrim pad thai, spicy beef with peanuts, rainbow roll and plain rice. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was very crowded and although the servers were tending to a lot of tables they did quite a good job in terms of speed and the attention they gave every single table. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the food, service and ambiance. Make sure you make a reservation in advance but don't be afraid to walk-in if you are told that they are fully booked. We got our table thanks to a last minute cancellation. All in all Quick China is now a household name in Ankara and it is an absolute must try!
