The gas pumps were packed! Of course it was on Mothers Day, apparently it's about as huge a travel day as Thanksgiving etc.

I came here for a quick stop before a road trip, ordered a breakfast bowl and to my disappointment,the bowl was anything but good. The eggs had the consistency of grits and the chicken wasn't hot, and the cheese wasn't melted. I would steer clear of this place if you are craving good breakfast. read more

I stopped in here several times a year on the way to PA. The last time I stopped I used the restroom. I have to say, it was one of the most disgustingly dirty restrooms I've ever used with the exception of a gas station restroom. The toilet, the floors and walls look like they haven't been cleaned in momaths. Sweeping the floor doesn't equate to "cleaning". read more

Always clean and pleasant no matter how busy it is - even on holidays. The staff usually greet a person and all of the coffee is hot and foods are maintained and easy to get to. I have to say it is always a nice stop to or from the shore. read more

Absolutely horrible, this Quick Chek has gone way downhill since it first opened. $16 for 2 salads which barely had anything on them. Old avocado, 1/2 a slice of bacon and 1/3 of a chicken breast was considered "extra chicken" and cost an additional $1.75....please! Only thing on it that I saved when i got home was the lettuce. Next time I'll just get a bag of lettuce for $2 and save my bank account the hit! Gas will be the only thing I purchase from here in the future, if that. read more

This Quick Chek is solid. The checkout guys are fast and pretty funny and they have the usual good selection of QC coffee. It's near Philly so you have the Tastycake boxes all over the place which is nice and don't forget Utz! read more

Awesome service both inside and out. The gas attendants wash your windshields when they're not too busy, and where else do you get service like that? Inside is great too, *almost* everyone is friendly and helpful; but we can't all be winners in life right? Bound to come across someone not so friendly occasionally. Food is always awesome, just be sure to order it fresh at the deli counter to get the best product. Love the Icee's, just wish they'd get new flavors occasionally. It's been the same flavors forever! I've seen some more variety in snacks and stuff there recently, like more flavors of combos, bottled sodas, and non-perishable stuff like ramen noodles, and stuff like dog and cat food. It's great to know in a pinch, QuickChek has products like this available, and it's not incredibly expensive either. read more

If any of my Yelp readers hail from Virginia, you'll appreciate this place as a marriage between Sheetz and an extra-large 7-Eleven... it's a tad under the famous PA WaWa's in terms of variety of fresh food options and cleanliness, but certainly makes up for it in their self-service coffee station with many accoutrements.... I thoroughly enjoyed the Columbian roast mixed with the sugar-free french vanilla latte and dash of cinnamon. How can it get better than that? Oh wait there's more, no pesky lines like what you're used to at the Starbucks.... read more

Coffee is always cold and tastes watered down. The whole store is under stocked, understaffed and they expect YOU to check yourself out. The cashier gets angry if you ask for help. God forbid they take a minute away from looking at their phones to help a customer and do their job. read more

We were heading home on Tuesday evening from seeing our daughter in Atlanta / coming from Trenton airport. We use that airport often and get food for the flight and on the way home from this QuickChek for a long time. This time, walking in, we see there was a really long line for the one manned checkout. The guy that was supposed to be the cashier could not move slower. I ordered a sub and came back to the registers to pay. I started ringing up the sub receipt on a self checkout and was looking for my wife for what she was getting. Not seeing her / not wanting to hold up the self checkout since the manned line was soooo long and the guy was so slow, I tried cancelling the transaction. It wanted an employee to do something and I walked away looking for my wife. Found her, got her things and we go back to self checkout. We ring up her items and I scan my sub receipt. The register balks about it being an invalid item. We wait and the guy comes over saying 'you rung this up and walked away? you have to wait on the line and I'll ring you up' - said like he was punishing us and was some gatekeeper of the crypt. It was still really long and we said the lines too long and left everything. We stopped at the Wawa on 202 farther up for a really good sub and other things. Wawa is creeping into the area. In Bridgewater, Wawa has 1 opening any day now and a 2nd on the drawing board. With that pitiful attitude of that non-cashier, we'll go to Wawa more often. I see them kicking QC's butt : ) read more
