Delivery it was poor they left it in my foyer everything was melted or cold!!!!!!!!

I used to go to Quick Check all the time for the sole purpose of getting their meatball subs. I never went there for any other reason. Now, they don't have them on the menu anymore so I have no reason to go there. I really wish they would bring back the meatball subs, because as sad as it is to say, I won't be back until they bring the meatball subs back. read more

Come to the SPARTA location, it is great. Clean, friendly and great service. Sandwhiches are awesome. Always perfect, no, but very close. If your item is made wrong (either your fault or their's) they correct it quickly and with a smile. We love this store and the staff. read more

I get that the people who work here hate their jobs but that's no reason to take it out on the customer. The guy making the sandwiches at night ( not sure of his name but he's a chubby guy) is incredibly rude. The whole time he makes the sandwiches he's cursing out the customers under his breath. They turned the what I thought was a 24 hour scratch off machine off on me after I put money into it last Friday night... not sure what the laws are but pretty sure you can buy scratch offs all night from the machines... you just can't cash them? Though it is illegal for them to sell lottery after the numbers were already called. Pretty sure that doesn't apply to scratch offs... either they're gaming the machine, or I just don't understand the laws around it. Or they don't... Someone should really look into this place, bunch'a crackheads working there. read more

Had the most rude and unpleasant experience ever in a store. Stopped in around 11 to get a sandwich. Stood by the deli for 10 minutes.. nobody asked me if I needed help.. The guy working the register was having a conversation with his fellow employee across the store. She was refilling a coffee machine. I tried to use the machine in front of the deli to place an order but did not have what I wanted (Tuna) on it.. So the same lady comes over.. make a sandwich that had been previously ordered and when she is finished I asked her if I could give her an order.. She tells me it has to be done thru the machine.. I was the only person there and asked her nicely if I could tell her what I wanted.. She said no that I had to use the machine.... The next machine I used was my car.. I drove down the road and got a sandwich a mile down the roan... Total lack of decency and customer service.. will never set foot in there again and one of our offices is a mile away. read more

I was biking the Sussex Branch Trail and decided on my way back to pick up an iced coffee and sandwich. Well, this was a very poor judgement on my part and a very disappointing Quick Chek experience. Firstly, there are no bike rack even though this location is about 0.20 miles form the Sussex Branch Trail (biking rail trail). Secondly, the sandwich counter is closed w/o see through glass so you cant supervise your sandwich being made to ensure its properly done. Ordered the meatball w/ fresh mozzarella and marina sauce for 4.99$ (monthly special). Looks like all of the special sandwiches are either vegetarian (in this case, why are they the same price as the meat sandwiches?) or processed meat (deli meats such as ham and turkey and other items such as meatballs). Also picked up an iced coffee using the regular coffee in soda cup with ice. I was quite pissed when I was charged for an actual iced coffee. Usually I am charged for a regular coffee as I refuse to purchase the iced coffee from the machines. The iced coffee from the machines just tastes bad and there is really no telling how long ago it was brewed. Decided to let Quick Chek keep the coffee as hopefully that would bring the message across when they review product waste that a customer didnt want his iced coffee. I would have been more than happy to pay for a 24oz regular coffee (which is how much there actually was if you account for the 8oz of ice in the 32oz cup I was using). Biked to a trailhead and started to eat my sandwich. Well, the sandwich bread was definitely not 12 inches, it was shorter of course. I have seen one other Quick Check make shorter 'full size' bread and this just pissed me off. Quite happy I suppose that I got the 12 inch as the shorter one would not have gotten me through on the trails. Usually one sandwich fills me up and I am barely able to finish the second half and reserve it for later. However, in this case ate the whole thing and was not satisfied. Another item to mention is that the meatballs were horrible, maybe because there was maybe 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce total on the sandwich? It was extremely dry and definitely did not have enough marinara sauce on it. I think from now on I will just refuse to go to Quick Cheks anymore and go out of my way to find the hole in the wall delis and roll the dice. I did this once already and the roast beef from Dale's Market was the best I have every had, and it cost the same as a Quick Chek sandwich is not less. I find that the small delis are also willing to go out of they way to ensure the sandwich is made to your liking - unlike Quick Chek which makes you deal with a computer to place your order and obstructs your view of the sandwich making process. I have had too many Quick Chek sandwiches messed up due to employee stupidity and I was quite angry to discover this many miles away when I started eating my sandwich. read more

Always dirty, coffee station is a MESS, always out of sugar/cream/straws/ etc, super slow service, most recently the sandwich maker dumped about 2 pounds of salt on my sandwich and made it totally inedible, and every other sandwich I've gotten was made horribly. Good place to stop for a soda and a bag of chips and that's about it. read more

I stop here frequently. The food is fresh and good,sandwiches made fresh to order and can be customized to your taste, coffee is always fresh with lots of choice for creamer including many flavors. Some ready to go sandwiches for those in a hurry. Milk prices are good. Staff is friendly and work hard. The store has undergone many changes lately and really trying to provide a good service. read more

The sandwiches are starting get very very skimpy!! They not only skimp on the meat massively, but now they skimp on veggies. One half of my sandwich had no meat at all I also had only two tiny pieces of olive. The dressing had nothing at all to catch it. It only made the bread soggy to the point it fell apart. I understand cutting back certain things to save and profit but they've gotten ridiculous. Even paying FULL price for a sub does not matter. It's pretty bad when one orders a sandwhich and they feel as if they didn't eat at all. The price of the coffee has gotten ridiculous as well!! I used to love quick check. I can no longer say the same. Come on quick check. Start making the sandwiches less skimpy and more satisfying or LOWER all the prices!! You've made a few million off of the consumer. It would be nice if you appreciated them and not poo continuously on them!!. Thanks. Update on review. I changed the amount of stars because they did a lot to fix the problem. However since this review they also raised the prices. Maybe now the sandwhiches will be worth it! read more

All quick Cheks have the worst sandwich bread , they spend all this money developing these ordering stations, but the end product is not good due to the breads ,along with workers still not producing what you punched in for your desired sandwich , plus they cut what supposed to be cut thin ,they cut thick ,and vise versa. I punched in the light oil option for my sub, and at lunch when I opened up the bag, the inside of the bag and napkins was covered with oil , I unwrapped the sub and the amount of oil was ridiculous. Never again will I order from the sandwich ordering stations in any Quick Chek. Fire the person in charge of food development who agreed to sell this quality of bread in all your stores. Rolling all your Subs up in cardboard would be a better option then the bread you serve. read more

I went in to get a drink today & the line was backed up to the back of the store. When I got up to pay for my purchase the poor lady working the only register available had called out to her Co workers " can someone help up here. Know one came to help her till there were like 3 ppl left, then the manager who heard her finally shows. Little late wouldn't you say. Poorly run in there. But I wanna say the lady did her job & good for her. She was very kind though. read more
