Your drivers use fowl language and are just rude. Better rethink your way of hiring.

Today my drivers name was Jen and I would never recommend her to anyone for a ride. She had people riding with her just for fun an barely any room, she also was on the phone with coworkers an as soon as they hung up She proceeded to talk down on them and say some nasty shit that was very disrespectful. The fact she didnt care who heard it an wanted them to work her shift so she can go home an pack for Florida even tho she was talking down on them is ridiculous. Someone who wants/needs a ride doesn't want a driver like Jen at all and I really didnt want to pay her because of how disrespectful she was but I did read more

I planned to leave RAGBRAI from Iowa Falls, and fly home from Des Moines the next day. UBER failed to connect with a driver at the LAST minute. I called Chris at Quick Cabs, and he was able to connect me with driver Angelina. Cost was a bit more than UBER, but I was truly relieved to have a reasonable option. I wanted to take Uber to Walmart, but.i see Uber isnt available around here. Being wary of taxicabs i decided to read Yelp reviews first. This company didnt have the best reviews on yelp, but i NEEDED to go to thw store so not expecting much i called them. Tracey was my driver. she was quick and knowledgeable about the route. She dropped me off at Walmart. then did a couple of other runs. she called me twice to see if i was ready. once i got out of.store i had a VERY SHORT wait for her to come back. They were supposed to pick me up at 6:10 am to go to the airport. They lied and said someone came. I was at the front door waiting for over a hour. I called and was told they were on the way. One driver passed right by me while I was standing in the driveway. It was freezing cold.They failed to pick me up and made me late for my flight. I'm doing three. Mainly because in the mornings they are great! They are on time if not early. And even if they're late it's not much later then what the ETA was. HOWEVER the last two times they were extremely late. The first time they where about 40 minutes late when they only had two others ahead of me. This last time was almost a full hour late after they said about 15 minutes. Now I understand that things happen and people are people. But if you're going to be late CALL and tell whoever you're supposed to pick up that you'll be late and offer some kind of price cut if it's going to be a much longer wait read more

This is is one of the worst businesses ever. I called this taxi company to take me to work because my car was in the mechanic shop getting fixed. There was no Uber that was running and the other taxi company was busy. I made a time call 24 hours early to come and take me to work. I gave the taxi driver my address to come and pick me up along with the time I was suppose to be there. The driver wrote my name, address and said they was suppose to be there. The next day at 6:00 the taxi driver did not show up. I called Quick cab 15 times and Quick cab did not answer, call me back or text me. I waited for them for them all day and they did not show up. I got fired from my job because of Quick Cab. Two weeks later, my mother called another taxi company because they was ice on the roads and she did not want to drive. The other taxi company could not take my mother because they had to take another person to the airport. My mother called Quick Cab at 4:15 a.m. to make a time call to to take her to work at 7:15 a.m. The taxi driver took the address and the time Quick cab was suppose to come and pick her up so she could go to work. The taxi driver said Quick cab will be there at 7:15 a.m to come and take my mom to work. Quick cab never showed up for that whole day. My mom called them 10 times and Quick cab never answer or call back. My mom was going to get fired from her job so I had to take her on the icy roads. My mom made it to work that day but I got into the car accident. All of this was Quick cab fault because they didn't show up even though they was going to. What kind of company is this? It is horrendous how they treat their paying customers. Quick cabs is messing with people jobs and getting people into problems. I would not recommend this horrible company because it is terrible. I reported Quick Cabs to the Better Business Bureau because they shouldn't be treating their customers like this. I want the world to know what they did to us. I am giving Quick cab zero stars for being unreliable, horrible customer service and downright incompetent. We need a another taxi company because Quick cab is not good. Absolute joke. I ordered a cab to an address in fort dodge and they called back 30 mins later pissed off telling me it's not a real address. When I said yes it is they hung up. Do not use them. read more

there isn't a big selection of cab companies around here, basically you have one or the other. id choose quick cabs any day of the week, they have very nice rates that wont break your bank. There cabs are always clean with a friendly driver inside. they are not always the quickest cab but they are defiantly quicker than others and worth the wait read more

I have been taking cabs home and to places in Fort Dodge Iowa for three years now. Any where in Fort Dodge it cost me eight dollar. They are usually there with in 15 minutes. I give them 10 dollars. A 2 dollar tip. The car is clearly marked. Quick cab or other but on Monday I needed a ride home. I called Quick Cabs. Lady said she would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I called her. She said " I need to get this little old lady to her doctors apt." As if my getting home was not as important as what she was doing. I was calling another cab when she pulled up. No mask, car was filthy, every where I touch was sticky. no name on the outside of the car. I sat in the car while she made another pickup on the phone. I assessed my situation. It wasn't good. As we were pulling out she said she was picking up someone else. Her car was filthy with drinks spilled everywhere. She wanted to charge me 10$ when every one else charges me 8$. She was filthy, unconcerned about me or coved. Totally unprofessional.!!! Just a trashy women trying to make a buck and spread the covid wherever she can.
