It was really fun thing to do specially for a group of co workers with very different ages & backgrounds & interests. They lock you in a room( 2 conjoined rooms in fact) & you have one hour to come out. It doesn't demand any physical activity, you just need to be observant, think outside the box & have an average IQ! :) I would say the best thing you can do to get every & each person of a very mixed group engaged in an activity! When I was in there I forgot who I was, where I was & how time passes! & that doesn't happen that often for me:)

I chose the bank room because it had the earliest time, but I will definitely go back and try the bunker! The staff was really friendly and briefed us before we started. They also watched us the entire time in case we asked for hints. Our guy gave us super slight clues a couple of times, just to nudge us in the right direction. He also said we were one of the most entertaining groups they've had, which was nice! We were a group of 5 people so we managed to beat the clock. You get 60 minutes to solve a bunch of logical puzzles and riddles around the room in order to fulfill your goal (in our case, to get to the diamonds before the cops got to us). You have to think outside the box and search the room like crazy in order to find clues. Melody, Andres, and Fredrick were great hosts, so friendly and helpful. The games were challenging, you definitely need to work together. We escaped the room with 30 seconds left on the clock! It was such a fun experience and would highly recommend it. We had so much fun that we came back the next day to do the other room, we weren't able to beat the other room but still had a blast!

The fun of an escape room comes from the sense of satisfaction you get from using your brain to solve puzzles, which is what should take up your time. This room was completely filled with ridiculous distractions and red herrings, designed to waste your time. The actual puzzles were not clever, and lacked the "ah-ha" moment or sense of accomplishment that comes from solving a puzzle at a good escape room. Instead, do an arbitrary task and something may or may not happen. When we called for a hint the first few times, there was no response. Even the story was lazily created and took away from the atmosphere. We (just 2 of us) escaped within the allotted time, but felt no sense of accomplishment. I'd like a refund, and do not recommend this room to anyone.
