De förklarade att de inte förstod informationen som stod och bad om hjälp att få det förklarat. Tyvärr blev de bemötta på ett mycket otrevligt, opedagogiskt och oprofessionellt sätt. Personalens svar var kort och avvisande, och istället för att hjälpa barnen fick de höra att de skulle läsa själva. Därefter blev de bortskickade utan någon förklaring. Detta upplevdes som väldigt tråkigt, särskilt eftersom det handlar om barn som försöker förstå och delta i aktiviteter. Man förväntar sig att personal på en sådan plats ska vara hjälpsam, pedagogisk och bemöta barn på ett vänligt sätt. Jag hoppas att ni tar detta på allvar och arbetar med bemötande och service, så att andra barn inte får samma upplevelse.

We put all of our stuff on the table. Then a lady who was cleaning the toilet came up to us and told us we werent allowed to take any presents. But we said we were invited to the party that was there and she said that she didint see us there and told us to go put all of our stuff back. if You want kids to have fun you need to give them more present. My day was ruined because of that rude lady. I haven't been to this place ever since. If you want to take your kid to have fun dont take them to Leo's lekland. Take them to Busfabriken.

What a nice little playground in the middle of the city. My daughter walked around and around and…read morefound all the little corners of the playground. Loved walking over the bridge (and of course under) watch out tho, we noticed that it does get a little slippery with the gravel on it. We were suppose to buy an ice cream but when we came up to the cafe no one was there. Then my kids started fighting so we left. haha. If you find yourself on the south side with kids then try this nice playground. I can't say much about the history because I didn't have time to read the sign. Next time tho, cause I'm sure it'll be a next time.
