However, I do think this is a little gimmicky and I would prefer just a classic poutine. We also ordered a banana split crepe, which I regret not asking to come a little bit later as we all wanted to eat the savory dish before moving into the sweet. So by the time we got to this, the ice cream had already melted a little, which made the crepe a little soggy. There was plenty of bananas but too much cream imo but my kids loved and devoured it. It was definitely a kids favorite. The restaurant is not very big with just a couple of tables. Our server was very friendly and service was quick. Overall, this is a great option for lunch or snack. I have tried them all and I would say that maple and strawberries are a bit too sweet for me. But they are a great change when you have taken the Belgium milk chocolate forever.
