I have never met a more dedicated and professional technician, in ANY trade, in my 65 years. Mr. Wagner worked tirelessly, non-stop, without a break on this service call, replacing our cable line from pole to house and installed a new modem and router which replaced our obsolete modem/router combo. I was thoroughly impressed with him hauling a 28 foot ladder under a playhouse and around the backside of a shed next to a fence to get up a pole. Carrying the huge spool of wire from truck to backyard made me think this guy is worth everything he gets paid, PLUS some more. Before he left, he ensured we could get our cell phones, computers, Ring doorbell camera and Wyze camera's online. Mr. Wagner is the kind of guy you meet once in your lifetime. Whatever you need done in life you want a Jim Wagner to do it. I believe you couldn't get better. He works like a beast while being super cordial.
