I scheduled an appointment at 8:40 AM to have lab work done. I arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The lobby only had about two patients waiting. I checked in in the kiosk, which was very simple and easy. I had to add my ID and my insurance card. The lobby was very clean. Did not have any weird smell. I sat down and waited about another five minutes before I was called in. The phlebotomist set me down and was very quick but thorough with the blood draw. I had to do a urine sample so I went to the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean. Overall, I enjoy coming to this location to do my lab work very quick in and out in less than 30 minutes no complaints. Will be doing my lab work at this location more often. read more

I had an appointment at 8:30am for blood work. I checked in at exactly 8:30 and was called by 8:31. Allison was very nice and friendly. She realized that I was nervous and she just talked to me the whole time to get my mind off of it, which helped a lot. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid waiting. read more

They close the front desk completely so they don't have to interact with you. It's the most ghetto location, rude and lazy staff working at a snails pace or slower. The door would open and they are in the back chatting, not working and hanging out while 20 people are waiting. No pride in their work or concern for people's time. read more

Stay away from this place. I wish I could put 0 stars but there's not an option. Nasty personnel Is an understatement. as soon as I felt her attitude, I try to be really nice to her to see if she switched her attitude with kindness but she only got nastier. Why having sour, nasty people taking care of your customers? As a company, you don't care just because you get the business by volume and patients are just a number and $ for this company. They are so rude, unprofessional, careless of the patients. This is not my first bad experience at quest, Unfortunately my doctor sent me here. I normally use LabCorp because they are always pleasant and even if they don't care, they pretend to do so. This people here are as rude as it can be. I ask if I can drink water from the faucet because I needed to get a urine test and they said no! I have to go someplace else and come back. They said they don't provide water to patients. I have a very small copayment and I couldn't find my card when I did and I gave it to her. The answer I got was, I cannot be here all day waiting for your card. It's going to be bill to you. I guess it's part of their training and company culture to train your people to be hostile and nasty to your patients. Next time my doctor asked me to come to Quest. I will NOT accept to be sent here. I will go to any lab but Quest. I have lived in many places in Florida and unfortunately every single quest I've been at they all been nasty, arrogant and don't care at all about customers. Same way I've been in many LabCorp and they're always pleasant. So it's an easy decision not to use Quest ever again and start using LabCorp or any lab that cares about their clients and service provided to them. If this was my first experience, I will have thought it's just this place in West Palm Medical Center, 2051 45th St. #107. This place needs to get rid of all their current employees! Nobody's doing their job assisting the patients to get their lab work. People are in the waiting room sitting for more than 30 minutes, especially the ones who already have an appointment, including myself. All they're doing is having a social hour running their mouth, laughing or complaining about how "they don't get paid enough for this". If you want to complain about how this job isn't paying you enough, then go find another job than being loud about it where we can hear you in the lobby! read more

Positive experience! We had two different appts for our kids. Before 8am, no wait. Greeted, seated and done. After 12pm, a few more people but everyone was taken back on time. Greeted and cared for. Ms Josie was amazing, skilled and patient. The employees talked to each other nicely and seemed to have good rapport. I am so appreciative as we have to get labs every few months and not all locations are created equally. Kindness goes a long way. read more

STAY AWAY. I have been getting blood draws my entire life at Univ of Penn. One of the employees ( a male named Q) hit a vein in my arm and I was bruised with horrible pain (I could not extend my arm) for close to two weeks. I have never had any issues like this at Univ of Penn labs or Lab Corp. When I was sitting in the waiting room some guy was playing with himself, I am not making this up. Hi I just need to leave a review for Quest Diagnostics. I was so disappointed when my appt didn't appear at the KIOSK . I like many others didn't finish the appt process fand didn't realize i needed a QR code . I was met with quiet intimidation by a gentleman who stated if it's not there you don't have an appt. I know that having an appt is great but walk-ins are welcome. The next person passed me off didn't know what to do with me. Then a wonderful person appeared named Katherine at the 125 State Rd route 7 and waved me in. She took such good care of me. This is what i would expect from the start. Im 66, young by today's standards and quite computer savvy. I feel so bad for our elder community . Hard enough at my age but it's just downright Wrong. They don't care about people here. They don't want to work. Office staff is highly rude and unprofessional.

Was pretty empty when I went waited less them 5 mins. I usually go to my reg doctor for blood work but I moved out of area so this was my closest Quest lab. I do blood work 3-4 times per year and have never gotten black and bruised on injection site like this.....see picture below...it's been a whole week already and still looks the same. I went around 7:05am thinking I'll get in and out. There was one tech there. About 6 patients. The tech was taking too long conversing with the patient in her chair. Then, after waiting for about 15 minutes she calls me, at this point I'm ready to go, one she put the tourniquet too tight, then she missed my vein and started fishing around. Very slow. Employees were in the back laughing and chatting while we all waited. Don't go here unless you have a lot of time to spare.

Normally I don't review but I was there with my grandfather for his appointment and I saw the lady at the front desk yell at a patient shouting "WE DON"T DO MAMMOGRAMS!!." It looked like the patient left and came back to speak to a manager. The front desk worker refused to give her name when the patient was following up to file a complaint. I was shocked because the employee called security when the patient was trying getting information. I'm not coming back here. The staff was rude and my grandfather was just confused over the commotion. read more

However they have an extremely rude receptionist named TABITHA who is loud, unprofessional, rude and slams pens down on to counters, yells over other patients to tell you she cannot help you at all and to drive 10 miles to the next location that doesn't even accept walk ins.
