Twice my husband had blood draws and the same Quest location. One month apart. Both times Quest notified his Dr. that his potassium levels dangerously high and he should go to the ER ASAP. Turns out that when the hospital did the tests his scores were not HIGH AT ALL. So went spent hours of worry stress and$$ on inaccurate-lab results. Need a new lab immediately, but they say the Quests and lab corp are the Mc Donald's of the lab business. read more

Very clean, if you have an appt, the wait is less than 5 mins (not sure I even had time to sit to down in lobby!), phlebotomist I had was so kind, talented, and skilled. Not a single bruise from 4 vials. She also provided me with water and recommended I sit for 10-15 mins exam room the second she saw me get a little pale. read more

Ultra clean and easy parking. Straightforward check in as long as you have printed out barcode confirmation. Walk ins welcome by the way but risky as I was 30 minutes waiting with appointment. Would go again if I needed a blood test. My only complaint would be despite a tv confirming my login was done and I was in the waiting room no where did it say what happens next. Quest has become totally automated, and it's horrible. They are too cheap to hire receptionists. No one helps in lobby. They change appointments without asking you. the technicians are abrupt. Avoid this company. Lab corp is slightly better. Boycott automation; support live employees! read more

I just moved to the area. Parking here is a nightmare. There are cars parked for the valet blocking the garage!!! Took me 25 minutes just to park! Once in the parking lot you have no idea where to go! The place is crazy!!! Never seen such a badly organized building. Makes me feel that I'm in a 3rd world country. I wish I could not give any stars. Staff is nasty and unprofessional. I arrived at 7:57 and was told they don't open until 8. I said thank you and proceeded to sit in their waiting room. No one was there except me. The "anything but professional" person pointed her finger at me and said " YOU NEED to go outside " in the most snide and snarky tone of voice. I told her thank you and waited outside 2 more minutes to enter. I get covid protocol- I do not accept nasty attitudes. Was again greeted with the most hostile tone of voice as though I was a hindrance to their busy day. 10 minutes later I was still the only one there. once inside it took another 15 minutes to check me in. As the checking person was not certain. Customer service goes a long way- POOR MANAGEMENT owns this behavior of their staff. I will not come back to this location. read more

Even with an appointment had to wait over an hour for my last visit. Staff super unhelpful, and made older man who didn't know how to use technology sign in 3 times over an hour and a half and said he didn't do it properly and the woman at the desk didn't help him and was rude. Finally those of us in waiting room helped. Had appointment today and drove 1/2 hour to get there, and sign said closed for the day. The person said no a/c since this morning. They have our information to text us to confirm an appointment, why couldn't they let us know it was closed?! Is our time not worth anything?! Older lady on walker behind me and was huge effort for her to get there. No rescheduling and no appointments available online whole rest of week. Horrible receptionist. If you visit this location expect to be treated with a very sour attitude. Both women at the front desk treated me like I was a moron for asking a simple question. Neither would help the elderly gentleman after me check in. He had to ask three times for help. They called someone from the back to eventually help him because they're lazy and rude. Well, the girl who took my blood was very good. Otherwise, I was 8 min late for my appt and they treated me as a walk in. Nice computer system. I was in an out in an hour. Pretty crappy. They have an iPad for check In, they need two of them. Girls at front are very slow. Probably overworked. Wasn't aware that being late treats you as a bum from off the street. I have no idea why this location has poor reviews. Parking was easy, as well as locating the office. Check-in was a breeze. My appointment was at 8:30am on a Monday. I arrived at 8:30 on the dot. I was in my car by 8:40. The ladies at the front were super quick processing my paperwork, not to mention SUPER sweet. I felt really welcomed, like family. This is the worst lab I have been to, sadly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is hostile and unwilling to help every time I come. They always claim to not have your lab orders in the computer, and I overhear this as a problem with other customers every time I'm in there. Rather than try and troubleshoot, they make up reasons for why that would be the case. "Your doctor is in another state so it won't work", for example, while other lab orders from doctors in the same state at the same office are there. They also told my doctor I didn't show up for labs once, when I did show and they did do the labs. I will no longer go here. If you must go, bring your labs printed out, and don't expect a warm and fuzzy experience. read more
