I was going to get lab work done. The receptionist the only person working there. Had a terrible attitude today. I let her know about her attitude so reused me service. I still let her know about her terrible customer service. She was going to call the police. So I left. I schedule appointment some where else. I called corporate and them know about the receptionist terrible attitude. Anyone in customer services etc. That has a terrible clock out or quiet the job. When I go take of something of important I am quick to get it done. Then leave. read more

Spoke with the receptionist to ensure everything was fine. Waited 40 mins. When my name is called they refused to see me for a quick pee test because my children were with me. The earlier receptionist was misinformed and so we waited for nothing. read more

Markeeta at 1919 E. Frankford Road in Carrollton, TX was aswesome!! She has the experience to draw blood without any pain whatsoever, and she educated me on so much in the few minutes we were together. I hope the company is compensating her beautifully for her expertise so they and their patients continue to benefit. She's so, so good! And I liked the music she played - helped relax any nerves. She really needed help there, though, with no other employees on site, and having walk-ins to accommodate on top of the regular appointments... Maybe they can hire more people, to be kinder to their employees and quicker for their clients. read more

LabCorp has completely failed in customer service. I scheduled my blood test weeks before my doctor's appointment next week, just one floor above their facility. Despite being a long-time patient with Lab Corps, when I arrived for my 7:30 am appointment, they had not informed my doctor about missing paperwork and failed to notify me until I arrived. Their response was inadequate, insisting there was nothing they could do. The had my insurance information and my information. They could have charged me and refunded me after they cleared everything with my insurance, but the woman behind the desk refused. They could have charged mu insurance company after the doctor gave them clearance, and charged me if they couldn't get clearance. They refused to do anything and everything. Lab Corp didn't want to be bothered with serving me as a customer. This is unacceptable, especially in an era where AI and digital systems should streamline communication. I strongly advise against using this LabCorp location. read more

if I could give zero stars I would they are rude and not very cooperative. if u make an appointment u have to wait for hours if u walk in you have to wait for hours they wouldn't even take your paperwork you wait for 3-4 hours and then they close and don't even bother to come back out and say anything labcorp is HORRIBLE read more

There are signs saying that masks are required. I understand, politics aside. It's a medical facility. So, explain to me how I'm sitting in the waiting room with three people who aren't wearing masks, spread out across the room having the loudest conversation imaginable. Not to mention one of them passed flatulence and they all proceeded to laugh uncontrollably. This place is disgusting, and I haven't even made it into a room yet. read more
