I am no longer going here, and I am so sad! My insurance has changed.So today I had to go to another Lab . I went this morning. First off the woman was rude or just maybe I was sad this morning either way I cried. Second the lab was so so , the quest lab person was always kind and facility always spotless, new lab place was ehh , bathroom didn't seem as clean in lab. I tried to make an appointment but their automated phone service is malfunctioning (every time I say "next available appointment" it tells me there is a problem and hangs up on me). I also tried to schedule an appointment online but it has zero appointments available until April 2021. I went in today to see if I could either walk-in or schedule an appointment in person. It was only when I arrived that I learned that their hours have changed (phone and website did not reflect the change). I decided to wait and see if they could squeeze me in. When I was finally allowed to enter and check in at the front desk, I asked if they could give me a ballpark idea on how long it would take. They said it would be a while because there were several people in front of me. I ask the person working at the front desk if she could make an appointment for me because the online service said there weren't any appointments for 6 months and the phone service was malfunctioning. She responded rather harshly in my opinion stating that there there was no error with the online system. I don't believe I deserved to be spoken to in that manner and I find it hard to believe that the people who had appointments made them over 6 months out. I thanked her and I left, but I'll do my best to find elsewhere to go. read more

I was in Quest last week, I can't believe how RUDE, they are the front staff and the back, I am a cancer patient and have been going to Quest for about a year, the first time I went in, I thought they were having a bad day, the next month same thing, and honestly I just dealt with it, just so I could get my blood work done, but this last time I was in last week, I could not get over how RUDE they were to everyone who walked in, I expect medical staff to have some kind of bedside manner and little bit of compassion!!!!! I will not be telling anybody to go to Quest, just the opposit, your better off going somewhere else... SO RUDE!!!!! read more

First of all, I would like to commend the ladies that work for Quest Lab, off Tamarack. My doctor sent over an electronic request to Quest, yet it was an hour wait from 8:00A to 9:15A this morning only because I wasn't aware I had to make an appointment. My decision was to do a stand by until 11:45 or to try somewhere else. To my surprise at 9:30A my name was called! I was so happy I could make my 11:45 doctors appointment today in another area. Bad part is there should be at least one receptionist at the front desk to answer questions, helping people how to use the appointment monitor. Many Seniors do not know how to use the monitor check in. These ladies were courteous enough to help with questions, and checking in patients. They go above and beyond to help everyone with no questions asked. Quest Management needs to bring back a human person to relieve the ladies from having to take them away from they're important job. They put up with many rude uneducated people! They deserve a raise for all they have they go through. --M Mora read more

Went in at 8:15 this morning. Super friendly staff! The lady drew my blood the very first poke :) I got all my blood work done by 8:35. Quick . Easy. Glad I chose to go here. Oh and I was a walk-in! read more

My first experience with Quest Laboratories in over 10 years. This location is now open at 6:30am in the morning and can make appointments using their automated voice system. The young woman who helped me was kind and respectful. She was gentle when drawing blood and explained the entire process. My overall experience was good and my total time wait time was about 20 minutes. read more

Would have gave 5 stars because it was very clean, quick, and the people who work in the back were gentle and kind BUT the lady at the front desk is just so rude, and has NO customer service experience well the good kind anyways. she can't even blame it on a bad day because I've been there more than 2 times talking someone else there. She is demanding, short, and withdrawn to people's feelings. It is really sad to because she is the face of the company. She needs some training on how to treat patients/customers. read more

Don't bother making an appointment. I did and they still made me wait an hour. I'm going elsewhere from now on.
