They are very good you don't wait long. They are in an Older building but it is clean and the staff is nice.

Quest Diagnostic is my lab provider for my health insurance. I come for labs every three months…read more Service is good and the lab techs are generally friendly and do a good job taking my blood. Results are provided online fairly quickly along with being sent to my doctor. My only issue is that early morning appointments are always filled which means I have to come in on a walk-in basis which adds to my wait time. Additionally, they are closed on Saturday.

I am beyond upset and disappointed with our experience at Quest Diagnostics in Tulare today…read more We brought our 11-month-old son in for blood work today. The phlebotomist was having difficulty drawing his blood and continued "fishing" around in his arm instead of stopping and reassessing the situation. I watched my baby's arm start turning purple, and I had to tell her to STOP and remove the tourniquet because I was not comfortable with her continuing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when we confronted her about what she was doing, she insisted, "I swear to God I'm not trying to fish." I'm sorry, but my husband and I were watching the entire time. We saw exactly what was happening. And for the record, I am a licensed phlebotomist AND a Registered Nurse. I know exactly what "fishing" for a vein looks like. I understand that babies can be difficult to draw from, and I understand that sometimes a blood draw doesn't go as planned. What I do NOT understand is continuing to manipulate a needle in my baby's arm when there is clearly a problem, rather than stopping. My son is only 11 months old. Parents put their trust in healthcare professionals to care for their children safely. If you cannot get the blood draw, stop and get someone else to try. Do not keep digging around in an infant's arm. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of judgment and professionalism shown during this experience. I sincerely hope management reviews what happened and takes this seriously, because no parent should have to step in and tell a healthcare professional to stop hurting their child.
