I have the most prominent, easy veins in the world and Cheyenne must've stabbed me straight in a nerve because I had excruciating shooting pain the whole time she drew. 20 minutes later and it's still there. I've always had a lot of anxiety with needles and problems with blood draws - but this was one of THE BEST experiences I've ever had. Staff was kind and understanding. Didn't try to rush me out, talked with me and made sure I was fully comfortable before leaving. Normally I loathe any blood draw, but after coming to Quest Diagnostics, I'm not concerned about next time at all. read more

I can be a little difficult when drawing blood, but luckily they always have super experienced staff, and I'm in and out within minutes. Every time. The two gals I see are always so welcoming and make the appointment fun! Seriously! They always have such a great attitude and make me laugh and smile. Quest Diagnostics 1901 S. Union Ave Building B Ste.5006A NEVER go to this facility for pre employment drug screening! First off, I was not a client or there for any type of testing or screen. I was simply dropping off a friend for their screening. While there, I overheard 2 women employees talking about how they were going to "taint" someone drug screening on purpose so they would not get a job. THIS IS SOMEONE'S LIVELYHOOD YOU ARE MESSING WITH! I dont know nor care what circumstances were involved, as I was not there for any confrontation. I am only stating what I heard. This is not only unethical medical and business practices or morally wrong, this is illegal and a lawsuit. Decent people have the right to remain free of such unlawful activities, and when their future employment is on the line, this could effect every decision someone has to make... and for what?? Some employee having a bad morning?!? I am writing this because I couldn't help but think this could have happened before and this is unacceptable to me. I think about my friend, are they subject to this as well??? I am also filing complaints with local and state authorities so they might investigate these people in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. Anyone who has had a similar experience or situation, I urge you to come forward as well. NO ONE HAS TO TAKE THIS and our community will be better off for exposing these people! read more

I know this location is hard to find because technically there isn't a 1901 S Union now that they tore down the old Allenmore building. But, if you follow my instructions I promise you'll be okay! Quest is in the tall brown Allenmore building with all the windows. Take elevator to the 5th floor. Sign in on the tablet with your name or QR code from your scheduled appointment and wait for someone to call your name. Trust me, Cindy knows what she's doing. She took excellent care of me as well as her co worker Darian. I've used them twice now. Now that I know what to expect and where to go, I'll definitely return. read more

My experience with Laurie today was horrible. Her customer service skills needs to be worked on.

There are some things in life that just go better in a conversation. If you're trying to sort something out with these folks that requires a series of questions or a explanation of service, there is no way to do so. They do not have anyone answering the phone - on any level. No billing discussions, no appointment discussions, no test types available - nothing. While a robotic answering service may be cost effective, it does nothing for a business that is supposed to be a "service" provider. Who knows, maybe everyone lost their voice today. Maybe everyone is busy texting their BFF's. I don't know. Annoying. read more

I went to this Quest Diagnostics location on 2/21/2022 to get a drug test done for a new job. I called to schedule an appointment since after covid they're not as accomodating to walk ins. Of course you cant speak to an actual person to schedule so I scheduled my appt for 3pm through the automated phone system. I went over to the site & made sure to go up early & I got there at about 2:50pm & was greeted by one of the employees who told me to check in on the ipad while she took another patient back. My wait time kept changing on the tv in the waiting area & I was the only one in there. about 10 minutes later the patient they took back had left & I was left waiting for another 15 minutes while I heard the two employees just talking & laughing together. Finally I was called back & asked what test I was getting & i told her it was a drug test for a job. she then told me that I needed to make an appointment & that they dont do urine after 3pm. I explained to her that I had called & made an appointment through the automated phone system & didnt understand why it let me schedule for 3pm if they dont do any atfter 3. she didnt even apologize, & tried to send me to the 6th ave location which stops doing testing at 4pm & it was now 3:30. she also gave me a flyer to reschedule online, I tried to go online to reschedule and every location that came up said online appointment scheduling was not available. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I sat there for 25 minutes while they knew I got there before 3pm to do my test. I would never recommend this site to anyone. read more

Pretty useless. I made an appointment online for 12:15 yesterday afternoon. I showed up about 12:10, and there were two people in the waiting area. I scanned my QR code, and it told me my wait would be seven minutes. I waited. After about 10 minutes, an employee walked through the waiting area and said to no one in particular, "Sorry about the wait. We had a tough draw." A few minutes later, she walked back into the back area. We could hear employees laughing and talking, but no one else came out or called anyone in. Around 12:25, I tried to reschedule my appointment on the app, but it wouldn't recognize my confirmation code. At 12:30, I went back up to the window. I couldn't see anyone, so I rescanned my QR code to see if that would light a fire under them. The interface told me my wait would be 12 minutes. I just went home. I called my doc and had him fax my draw info to a different lab. read more

Ive been waiting for a week to speak to a physician about my test results. Or let me tell you... I phoned PNW to speak with a doctor. The receptionist said she couldnt locate my results. I had received them, but she put me on hold and came back saying she was having trouble then put me on hold again. Then a man came on the line claiming to be a doctor. The results of my test were alarming to me and I believed my liver was showing signs of disfunction. Well, the man told me that my liver was functioning normally. I asked some questions about the numbers but he said the liver is a strong organ and it was doing fine. I hung up and decided to call back the next day to ask a few more questions and get a second opinion. The receptionist answered and couldnt find my test results. I explained that I had spoke with a doctor the previous day about the results and she replied that they had no test results and Id have to call back. Well if they didnt have my results who in the hell went over my tests? Its damn hard to explain someones test results when you dont even have them! Im not sure who I spoke with, maybe the janitor, but Im appauled that they would play God with my life like that. Giving me reassurance when they hadnt even seen my tests. Yes I was relieved, but now I dont know what to think. Of course Im unable to contact anyone now, or have a legitimate doctor discuss my results. Ive filed a complaint and was told a supervisor would contact me but that hasnt happened! Im not giving up on this. I WANT SOME ANSWERS read more

Terrible place one of the worst experiences ever. I set up an appointment a few days before for a drug screening because it said they only take appointments. When I went to check-in at the little touch screen I was the only one there as a patient no one else was in the room at 10:15 am. I waited there tv said I had 3 mins to wait, but as I waited 10-15 mins go by no one called me up a few people come in they were walk-ins I can tell because I was reading the list of patients on the tv monitor. They get called up before me an hour goes by 11:15 am finally when I meet them they say they were falling behind. Yes, that would make sense if I was the last person to come in and had to wait that person would wait longer. I was the first person with an actual appointment and other patients were called before me when they shouldn't have. The drug screening lasted all 2 mins. Piss in a cup make sure your names on it wam bam thank you mam. Maybe they ran out of cups and were deciding to use coffee mugs?
