Okay, it's a lab and so what do you really expect. I would give it 2 stars based on the office staff but I'm bumping it to 3 because of the technician and they allow you to make appointments and they actually got me in as scheduled. Unfortunately the technician had to stick me twice when flow stopped on the first needle and she apologized about that even though it probably was more related to the order asking that she get what surely must have been a couple gallons of blood. The second needle hurt as did the first because I'm a bit of a wimp about this but I can say the urine collection process was painless!!! I doubt there's anything such as a spectacular lab but three stars for this one puts it above most. read more

1) while walk in labs are decent,, 2) their phone in so-called customer service is HORRIBLE. My Drs office sees 7 profiles for me, thus delaying replies to them. I phoned Quest 'help' and they only see one. I asked if they can see accounts linked? Said no. They said Dr's need to call THEIR Quest Customer Service help line...... 3) BTW was on hold for 60 mins last night to talk w/ somoene; to today was on hold for another 45-mins and NO reply. read more

if you have a scheduling system you cant wait people 30 min. You must have enough resources to serve, very bad experience..

The staff were super sweet and extremely fast. Within one minute of walking in I was taken in and had my labs done. Painless blood draw and pleasant staff made this place my new go to! read more

Always efficient. Not necessarily the most friendly but the online check-in process helps things go so smoothly and I never feel a thing. So thankful to be in and out within 10 minutes rather than waiting hours like years prior. read more

Joyce was so sweet and helpful! She went above and beyond. I made an appointment online and was in and out within 20 minutes! I don't have insurance but if you're self-pay you can have labs ordered online through jasonhealth (what I used) or request a test and it brings the self pay pricing down DRAMATICALLY -also you don't need to visit a physician for the lab order. read more

We had an 8:30am appointment. This site does not do employee testing and used to be quicker. Checked in at 8:25am. The computer said the wait was 50 minutes. Not a lot of point in making an appointment. The only reason they got two stars was the employee was kind and courteous. read more

They need to have a place online to see what location has less appointments. This will make the company more money and less unhappy patients as they can go to the location that has more availability. read more

I was a walkin for a fasting blood test. It was my day off and I took a chance. I waited an hour then I was told I could wait for hours. There should be a sign "no walkins". It was never like that before. There are alternatives. read more

This photo shows the after effect of a blood draw from this office. This to me means a lack of concern for patients or a lack of employee training. read more

Quest Diagnostics - After blood draw - Laboratory Testing Near Me - St Petersburg, Florida

I've been having trouble finding an appointment that works with my schedule. Today saw that they had a 4 minute wait for a walk in, so I decided to try. I was taken in right away. Since my bloodwork ordered by doctor out of state, it took a little bit of time to put me in the system. My veins are typically hard to find. Last time I tried to donate blood, after 3 pokes they sent me home without being able to find a vein. The ladies here found my vein, so I appreciate that. Overall I would come back. read more

Poor customer service !!! Every time my grandmother visit this site they are always giving attitude. I called to give my customer service complain and I guess nothing has been done! I understand that some patient can be annoying, but that doesn't give them rights to treat other patients like shit. Very disappointment with Quest employee's! read more

There's a very rude, mean and abusive phlebotomist there! She insulted me and spoke down to me before the blood draw. She had me put my left arm across the front because having her little signing pad on the appropriate armrest was more important to her. I was being quiet, had not mentioned abuse or anything and she commented her actions were not abuse. She put the armband on too tight and moved the needle in my arm! She treated me like it was my fault. This was a terrible, horrible experience! I will never go to Quest again. read more

DO NOT GO THERE! I went there on November 30, 2017. While waiting 1 of the phlebotomists, JANIS DENNERT-LOVEDEN, came into the waiting room a few times. Each time she was extremely rude to people especially the elderly. After about 45 minutes (it was about 12:pm) I had to leave (unfortunately I didn't make an appointment). When I was getting ready to leave she came into the waiting room & was extremely rude to an elderly couple. Right before I left I leaned in front of her to get her name off of her name tag because I knew I was going to call their corporate office. As I was walking away I loudly said "you should not be working with people". I left & called their 800 number & was given the # to a local supervisor named Carmen. I called her & explained how rude Janis was to multiple patients, especially the elderly. The situation should have ended there. The next day I went back. I had a dr's appointment in the same building & still needed to get blood work done. I saw Janis out of the corner of my eye in a different room as I was leaving. Neither 1 of us said anything to each other. Approximately 3 hours later I got a call from the Pinelas County Sheriffs Office who was parked outside my house. Janis had just filed a report claiming I assaulted her. 1st of all, if someone assaults me, I'm not waiting over 24 hrs to file a report. 2nd, the waiting room had at least 15 people in it. If I assaulted her someone would have seen it ESPECIALLY the people that were standing right in front of her...someone would have called the cops. I explained what happened (the truth!) and even the Sheriff said people don't wait & she was most likely retaliating against my calling her supervisor. I called the corporate office & spoke to a gentleman by the name of John Blaha. I explained the situation & he said he would look into it & call me back. It took him over a month to do his "research" & call back. The only thing he told me is that she would not be following through with the police report & that she was reprimanded. I'm not sure what that means but if she's not following through with the police report she obviously lied & filed a false report. She should be fired! read more

I've been to many Quest Diagnostics offices, and I have to say that the staff at the Seminole office are among the friendliest. The wait time was long, but their procedure was fair and efficient given the situation with covid and the fact that I did not have a scheduled appointment. (I waited in my vehicle until I got a text to enter the building.) The young man at the door was super courteous and well organized. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who drew my blood because she did a wonderful job; she drew 5 vials of blood and I never felt anything. And for those who have to fast like I did, there's an Einstein Bagel right next door. How convenient read more

A typical lab...they take my fluids, my results get delivered to the appropriate people. It's hard to review places like this unless something bad happens. Mostly you are at the behest of the lab techs, you know not what they are doing, but trust they do and that they are doing it right. My lab tech was constantly criticizing his coworkers for being lazy and that he hated his life. Okay....just make sure you follow your procedures with me. read more

The negative reviews on this location baffle me. I was a walk-in, signed in on the touchpad, took a seat and was called back within 5 minutes. Rosemary was my tech and she was absolutely amazing. I had already had a near pass out experience earlier in the morning during allergy Testing. Rosemary was so gentle, kind with a sweet humor. She had me lay down, took 6 vials of blood, then stayed with me until I was good to go. The facility was also clean as a whistle! read more

I arrive 20 minutes before they closed. I signed in electronic Li and sat down in the waiting area. In 10 minutes I believe it was Janice called me back. She requested my paperwork which I gave to her. Then she said did you fast today. I was unaware it was a fasting test. She politely said " No problem" She gave me a bag with the information for the stool test Iris to do it home. She said do your still test don't forget to fast and come back or get outta here as soon as we can. Excellent interaction. read more

When I arrived I had to check-in on a tablet - there was no one in reception. The reception desk remained unmanned during my entire visit. The waiting room was completely empty. The screen indicated I would be seen in 2 minutes. For whatever reason I was not taken back for 17 minutes. The Technician then left me in the room to go help another patient that had just entered the reception area and could not use the check-in tablet. Then the technician that assisted me had difficulty using the computerized system, presented me with incorrect paperwork that had to be redone, tried to order 2 additional tests that were no requested by my doctor and I had to tell her to take the additional tests off of the order. In the end I left the facility exactly 40 minutes after I arrived to have one single vile of blood drawn. This was completely unacceptable. read more

I left this place feeling very discouraged about the lack of professionalism from some of the staff members. After the lady took my blood, she directed me down the hall to the bathroom. I did not see the bathroom and ended up passing right by it and was looking for it down another hallway. To my disappointment, when I turned around and noticed that she had witnessed all of this, instead of simply informing me that I had passed by it, she was huddling with her co-worker, snickering at me. That type of behavior is usually reserved for teenage girls, not people whom we are to trust to stick needles into our bodies. read more

Trying to call for two days but no answer. And for two days the mailbox is full so unable to leave a message as well. Must be a lazy staff. Does not inspire confidence for that facility read more

Bethany displayed the most inappropriate and unprofessional behavior I think I've witnessed especially in a medical environment. My appointment was at 1015am. I got there at about 10am hoping to get in early since I was starving and had no coffee due to fasting since 8pm the night before. I get there and there are 5 people checked in ahead of me but I was the only one with an appointment. So after about 5 minutes they call 2 people. Ok, I'm a little early no big deal. After about another 8 minutes they call another person, then the next. So I look at the screen and the person ahead of me, with NO appointment is switched with me since I HAVE an appointment. I'm next. So Bethany comes out, by this time it's 10:20am and calls the person BEHIND me. So I wait a moment and think, no, this is not right. I walked to the door and peeked in and said hello. Bethany, in a nasty tone says "yes". I said, "Oh I think I was next, I had an appointment" She responds rudely saying "maam, there are people who have been waiting way longer than you. Plus there is a 10-15 minute window for your appointment. To which I replied "well, guess there's no point in making an appointment then huh?" As I shut the door and wait right outside, she announces to the whole place, "Wow, she was rude! Geez" and continues talking about me, and everyone starts laughing. I was completely embarrassed! Then as I was called in she continued describing what happened while I was back there to an office manager in a completely nasty manor. I was shocked to say the least! I also noticed two different employees cussing as they were walking down the hall. "oh shit I forgot something" and Bethany laughed and commented to her. It was truly a disturbing experience and I will NEVER use Quest services again even if my life depends on it. read more
