Pearl was AMAZING! She was very kind and made the experience not so scary. She's such a kind and caring nurse.

There was 1 employee working. One! She was working the front and back. She was doing an amazing job but if you have a one man show, you should not accept walk ins!! or the very least have the courtesy to let walk ins know that it could be over a 1 1/2 hour wait. If you have a scheduled patient every 15 minutes with each patient taking 10-12 minutes, how are walk ins being worked in with ONE employee ?!?!! And are you paying that employee double for doing the job of 2 people!?! Or just being another greedy corporation! This place is one and done for me. read more

Location: 3901 66th st North Largo 33709. The scheduling in advance the appointment doesn't make sense because the workers do not follow the scheduling time. They don't service the customers based on time of the scheduled appointment instead they are using the check-in system. I had the appointment at 8:45am on December 29 and I checked-in using the check-in machine at 8:30am. After complaining at 9:45, we finally was called in at 9:55am. Its was the horrible experience. I would not recommend this lab to anyone. additional, only one worker was working. The management of this place get worth and worth. read more

You have more than two thousand locations doing more than a hundred tests each per day. How come you can't figure out how long a blood test takes so we don't have to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes after checking in with an appointment. Your operation shows zero respect towards your clients. I had to leave again today without any tests done, despite showing up early for my appointment and people with appointments later than me being called in ahead of me. read more

The office I went to was extremely busy. Because I was a walk-in and I didn't have an appointment I had to wait for a little more than an hour but the staff was extremely informative about Wait times and I felt that they got me in as soon as they could. Betty did the procedure. And she had no trouble finding a vein and extracting two vials of blood. During my recent hospital stays they had lots of problems finding good veins and I had to get jabbed multiple times. I am very happy with the treatment and care I was given and I highly recommend this location read more

The WORST blood draw company around! They cancelled my blood draw 2 weeks ago at another location. I was informed THE DAY BEFORE, even thought the location was closed 5 days before my appt. After another 2 week wait, I arrived for my 7:45 am appt. There were 25 people waiting when I got there. At 9:00 [still waiting] they were taking an appt that was scheduled for 8:30. After speaking up, they took me instead.I missed another appt I had scheduled, at 9.[having to pay a no show fee]. The girl drawing my blood was very sweet and caring. She said this happens daily, as 3 people called off today. The management should be ashamed they run a business this way! I would go to Quest, however, they don't offer the test I need. I suggest you go there instead, if possible! read more

Very slow workers, push everyone back. I came in at 7am as a walk-in they said they were going to go by the check in, told me 2 hrs after 2 hrs they push is back 2 more hrs. They only keep saying sorry but doesn't work faster and they have the audacity to even go on break while everyone is waiting.. read more

After contacting labcorp inline "customer service" to request that my labwork be posted, it is still not on the portal. Labs were done over a month ago and still not posted. read more

This morning was my 4th or 5th time here in the last couple of years. I have had only good experiences, professional and nice staff. I have never waited over 30 minutes, what more could you ask for. My advice is to get there when they open at 6am and you bet the crowd, if any. Before coming here I went to Quest Diagnostics and that was always a nightmare. Glad Labcorp is my go to lab. read more

I use to go to this location but stopped because every time Im in the waiting room and listen to the interaction with the staff and people coming in it's just SAD... The staff treats the customers, especially the elderly who can't hear well or have a medical condition very RUDE. The staff in my opinion needs to remember the people coming in are customers not just patients, we are the ones bringing in business and and deserve a small amount of respect, there's no need to be RUDE for no reason. read more

When you walk into this place, be prepared to be spoken to like your nothing trash. Rudest front desk staff. Nurse who drew my blood did a good job. Once you get past the front it gets better but staff out front are just rude and condescending and seem to not want to be there. I listened to both a male and female employee speak to patients like they were trash. If you're not happy at your job, go find another one. read more

I always have a terrible anxious time getting blood drawn out. Austin was my tech, and he was excellent at it. He made me feel as comfortable as possible, made me talk about something else to distract me, and was super fast. Thank you so much for working at that location and for making this process as painless as possible. I really appreciate it! The location is clean, has plenty of parking space, and the waiting area has ample seating. My waiting time was not long at all. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend you make an appointment for a faster process. The LabCorp website is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Also, if you make an appointment online, the check-in is super fast because they already have all the personal and insurance information they need in the QR code appointment confirmation you receive via email or text message. read more

Extremely rude staff. Every time I have been there, the man who works at the front desk has been needlessly rude to me and everyone there. I'm surprised he still works there, he should be fired. None of their staff wears a face mask - there was one nurse wearing one, but had her nose sticking out. Very unprofessional business and I suggest finding a different location. read more

This LabCorp is one of the busiest and understaffed locations I've ever visited. Still, despite this burden, the staff is excellent; professional , kind, and efficient. The gentleman and woman who staff the front always treat me with respect and courtesy-- and the blood draw is always quick, comfortable and professional. read more

Showed up at 12:20 for my scheduled appointment at 12:30 and checked in prepared to wait a few minutes since they seemed pretty busy. Once 1 rolled around I decided to go in and check to make sure the text notification was working since i had to sit outside because the lobby was so full. Was then told that the wait time was 2 HOURS despite me having a scheduled appointment. Not sure why walk ins are being prioritized at the same level as appointments but two hours is a ridiculous ask. read more

Went to this Labcorp w/high reviews, ignoring closest and literally driving past another I've used, and it was worth it. This one was noticeably cleaner, the staff friendlier, and me & other 7AM appointments were called up ON-TIME. Highly recommended, definitely worth the extra 5-10 min travel. read more

Over the years I have been to lots of labs for blood work, the experience has has been some where between awful with poor customer service and treatment bordering on rudeness from the staff to just ok. However the Lab Corp on 66th was wonderful; great helpful staff, reasonable wait time and no pain blood draw. If you can make the call choose this location. read more
