I was told to come to this location to drop off a frozen stool sample. Rusti, the employee was unkind to me and another gentlemen trying to check-in. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her. She tried to get me to wait for all the appointments before taking my sample. I then had to explain to her in front of the entire waiting room that my sample is a frozen stool sample and I didn't want it to thaw. At that point she finally took it and I was able to go. If she is that bothered by a sample drop off I genuinely cannot imagine being a patient of hers. If you have to use quest, pick a different location. read more

While the convenience of ordering the test online, prepaying and scheduling appointment times was easy, their complete lack of customer service is ridiculous. The local office will never answer the phone, yet I know they work as both staff on them when I entered. I tried calling to let them know I would be late, but never got through to a person. I tried the website to get answers but minimal information and never easy to navigate to answers. Every number you try you are given 2 minute long prompts. I had an insurance question and again redirected many times to long wait times and no one ever answered the call. Does anyone even work for this company? terrible. I would not refer anyone to this company. Try anytime labs! They are local, personal, answer the phones and happy to provide great service. read more

Walke in for a pre employment drug test. Filled out my info on the IPad and had a seat. They called me back within 2 minutes the tech fill in some info then took me for the test. In and out of the office in less then 10 minutes. Totally a great experience and everyone in the office was very pleasant and easy to talk with read more

I came In to have a drug test done and everyone at Quest Diagnostics was very welcoming and professional! I was very impressed at the efforts they were making during this COVID-19 pandemic. They had hand sanitizer and gloves available for their patients and they were wearing the proper protection. I appreciated their kindness and efficiency. My experience at this little place was horrible. I was ordered to be tested for drugs before a company hired me. Standard procedure, but they told me specifically to come to this place for it. They even gave me a map. I have gone to Any Lab Test Now for all of my blood tests in the past and was expecting a similar experience but it was way worse. If you don't want to read a long story about my experience there, I will sum it up for you right now. There was only one lady working, she was extremely unhelpful, she was rude, intimidating, sarcastic, and not informative at all. I went two separate days and it was the same lady both times. The hours are weird, they only do drug testing for like two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon (I forget specifics) with a couple hours of break in between, and when you call the place, you can't speak to an actual person. Not even to schedule an appointment. There is a "scheduling wizard." I assume it's because there is only one person working at a time who acts as both the receptionist and the collector of samples. The facility is okay, just standard, but if there is only one lady who works there, they need to get someone else to replace her. If you are interested in the long version, carry on. When you walk in the door, there is a completely silent waiting room with chairs along the wall and a sliding window where you would - as I incorrectly assumed - speak with the receptionist. There was no receptionist. It seemed empty. There was no bell that said "ring for service" or anything. After calling into the back, a lady answered "I'll be right out" and that was the nicest thing she said the entire time. She came out with another person who was getting a test or something, I don't know, and I told her I was supposed to get a drug test for a potential job. She took the paper and I asked her about the drug test: "is it just a urine test or is it blood too?" To which she replied "it's a drug screen." ?? I asked the question again and she said it was just urine. She asked for my ID. I asked if a school ID would be okay. Then she launched into a huge rant about how "even though schools are state institutions the IDs can be tampered with and I need a government ID." The rant lasted so long that I had already given her my government ID and she had looked at it and done whatever she needed to do. She finished with "so I do need a government ID" which she already had from me. She went into the other room and came back with more ranting about how you can't use a school ID. I get it. I gave you the correct form of ID. After that she told me the procedure of the test and to pee in the cup, etc. I asked her how much pee she wanted. She replied with something like "I'll just pour out what I don't need." Not helpful. So I went in and gave her the pee and she "very helpfully" informed me that it wasn't enough and that I would have to come back later. I was very upset about this because she didn't even tell me how much to pee and I did give her a pretty good amount. Whatever. I told her I would come back tomorrow. Then she got a little irritated because my deadline was Friday. That day was Wednesday. I said I would come back Thursday. I clarified this for her (why does she need clarification on the order of the days?) and then left. So I come back Thursday after not peeing in the morning and all night. There were six people ahead of me in the waiting room. No one at the "receptionist" desk. So then when someone finally comes out, it is the same lady. Ugh. (Does she work every shift?) After the six people go, and she calls me, I give her my ~government~ ID and she informs me that the computers aren't working so she will have to do something different, I forget what. So she takes me to the back room and I say to her "I'm sorry, I really have to pee, can we do this in a minute?" She replies with such an attitude "I'm sorry but we really have to do this now, so no." With sarcasm pretty much dripping from her voice. We finally get done with that and I pee in the cup and while I am in the bathroom she tells me not to put the paper towels in the toilet. Like what, am I three years old? Then she calls to my mom in the other room, "I hope she isn't putting paper towels down the toilet." What?? Anyway I give her the cup and she pours it in the things and everything is dandy and she has me initial the labels and then I turn to leave and she barks at me to stand there at the counter while she does something. I ask if I can sit down. She says no. When we finally left my mother told me that she needed to use the bathroom too but she was too afraid of that lady to ask. Awful. Zero stars. Of course it was only after the fact that I found out I could go to Any Lab Test Now because they are a division of Quest Diagnostics. My mistake I guess. read more

The service there is terrible. The needle stick was good but don't expect anymore than that.

I'm not sure why the other reviewer had such a bad experience with Quest when mine have been great. The woman at the desk was the only one there for a time and was, understandably, a bit harried. I would have been too! A little understanding of the situation would have been appropriate! I am an exceptionally hard one to get blood from but this gal got it on the first stick every time! I've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes and they've ALWAYS been open every time I've gone there........without an appointment. I have a friend that uses a different lab that is very slow and takes much more time than at Quest. She's now switching to Quest. As to the personality of the woman, granted she's not a sweet, little shy thing but I have never found her to be rude or difficult. She has a great sense of humor and an outgoing personality. I highly recommend Quest, especially if you have hard to get to veins. read more

This Quest is new and has plenty of parking -- though it is a right turn around the corner in the mall. My appointment was at 1100, and I was out at 1110, after a one-stick, excellent blood draw by the phlebotomist. read more
