I called for appointment and the lady gave me an automated hotline. That hotline is the most annoying thing you will ever have to deal with. You find locations by the zip code and choose your available time. After you pick the location and find out theres no available time convenient for you. You have to hang up and dial back to pick a new location. I did that freaking four times before I decided to cursed them out to give me an easier option. They told me the online way. Why didn't they freaking do that in the first place? I'm in pain and impatience, this place really tests your patience. it was my turn to get my blood work done and there was a vile of blood from the person before me sitting on the table. Their armband string was also out. I'm pretty sure that vile of blood was suppose to be on a rack or safe somewhere other than lying on the table. I told the technician about it and she quickly put it on the blood rack. Wow

A couple of weeks ago, I woke up with a terrible sore throat. I tried Cepacol lozenges without any relief. Eventually, I began searching for urgent care medical facilities that were open in the middle of the night. After reviewing several options and reading through patient reviews, I decided to call Complete Care in Southlake. Initially, seeing that it was a 24/7 ER gave me pause, as those 24/7 ER facilities can be very expensive, and I even debated whether I should simply endure the pain for another five hours until a traditional urgent care clinic opened...I'm so glad I made the call. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to my interactions with the nurse and Dr. Peebles, the experience was exceptional. Everyone took their time, answered my questions thoroughly, offered thoughtful suggestions, promptly sent over prescriptions, and Debbie expertly administered the two injections I needed. Even more surprising, the cost was literally on par with many local urgent care facilities for cash pay. A sincere thank you to Debbie, Amanda, Dr. Peebles, and the entire Southlake team for such outstanding care. Warm Regards, Eric

Needless to say I ended up going to a hospital ER later that night and turned out I had an abscess in my stomach - which is why my belly button was reacting the way it was. the hospital doctor was kind of taken back when she asked if they did a cat scan on me - because she knows they have the equipment there - and I told her no. In all I would not go back here - bedside manner of the doctor and nurses was not great and overall knowledge of what could be wrong, obviously wasn't there.

Do not visit Labcorp…read more Back in April, I was referred to a hematologist that is licensed to practice in Texas (their office is in Florida). I live in Texas. My insurance is BCBS Texas. I took the single blood test lab that my hematologist ordered for me to do at LabCorp and did it (in Texas... where I live). Months later in September, LabCorp sent me a $980 bill for the single blood test. They had billed it against BCBS Florida. I called them and asked about it. I did the test in Texas and live in Texas. Why are they billing it to FL? They said it's because my doctor is in Florida. My doctor said she is licensed for Texas and ordered it appropriately. LabCorp doesn't care. They've been hounding me for $980 for one blood test. Ridiculous. I called and they told me I could do a "Financial Hardship Request" and that they won't keep sending me bill reminders while it's being reviewed. I did the Hardship request, e-mailed it back to the place they requested. I even e-mailed to request confirmation they received my application and let them know I still got bills. No reply. It's been months. I got a bill today telling me I had 20 days to pay or I go to collections. $980 for a blood test is a scam and ridiculous. NEVER DO LABCORP.
