It's less stressful when you know parking would be abundant. There is a security downstairs, new elevators now, and proper procedures per usual. Lockers are provided for you to put your things in prior to exam. They give clear instructions. Typically you find out your results right away, if not there would be a print out with instructions. Your palm would be scanned, photo would be taken, pockets would be checked.. and individuals with hair past your ears that would be checked to make sure there are no bluetooth in place for any cheating. All in all the only place I'd want to come for my exams as it's also close proximity to me, so I hope they will always keep this location open and have more dates here as a choice option.

They told me if the doctors ever run out of any type of vaccine for my child, I should contact them. My child didn't even feel the shot and praised the medical staff on the ride home. Staff and medical staffs are so efficient, nice, and accommodating. Super clean and professional. I'm blown away with their services and kindness, which is very hard to find these days.

It does make me a little sad that the staff there now have to work so much harder, handling billing and check-in requests on top of their primary role as phlebotomists. That extra load seems outside the scope of their professional focus. Fortunately, even with these added responsibilities, the staff remain incredible. They are skilled, gentle--it never hurts me--and they are consistently warm, encouraging, polite, and clear in their explanations. I especially want to give a shout-out to Genesis, who was genuinely warm and curious about my weekend. She lit up when I told her how much I enjoyed seeing the play Nine to Five this past weekend, and that made the whole experience feel even more personal and human. The office itself is beautiful and clean, and Genesis even took her own time to put up some cheerful Hello Kitty printouts that brightened the walls. One suggestion that might make the space even more soothing would be to add some local artwork. Perhaps nearby artists might be willing to loan or donate pieces--something calming that would also showcase community talent. I think this would enhance an already excellent patient experience. I often tell my friends that if they need to get blood drawn and have the time, this is the office to visit. We waited about a half hour to be seen, then gave the sample and requisition to the worker. After months of waiting and inquiries, Quest reported that the sample was never received. This is devestating for our family.
