They sent me inflated bill to me before they send my insurance (Medicare). When you call them, their service is horrible. Their recording keep telling me if i want to pay the bill. They do not resolve any issue. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! read more

Went yesterday for a blood and urine test. There was a lot of labs ordered by my physician - I gave a urine sample and proceeded with the blood draw. The phlebotomist took my urine sample ( half the cup) and today I see there is no results - instead there is a note that says : patient could NOT give a sample and was told to come back. Not true at all. Also, the phlebotomist missed a lab ordered and clearly written on 2 request scripts . She also ordered wrong labs instead of asking for clarification. I had to call the physician office to cancel the labs she ordered incorrectly because the wrong labs she ordered were genotyping that insurance would not pay for. No one should just " choose " a lab if they can't figure out what we are ordering. They should ask for clarification. The whole experience was terrible. This was unprofessional and unethical. read more

Princeton office being run on a shoe string. Nurse had to hunt around offices for a butterfly style needle. One kiosk for checking in. Waiting room uninviting with TV blaring (nurse said sound level "mandated"). Nurse who called me in was rude. Nurse who handled my test even ruder. Pretty clear she hates her job. (She hit a nerve in my arm on another visit so rude and incompetent?) I I have watched this place go downhill for ten years. i won't be back. read more

Mixed reactions. Scheduling: sub-par. No front desk. But, the staff was professional and compassionate. DANIELLA was FANTASTIC!! (I have impossible veins and Daniella went above and beyond to make it happen.) Now.... for the bathroom.... NO hook for purse or coat (Leave things on a dirty bathroom floor??). NO SOAP OFFERED!!!!! I had to go back to Quest in Princeton a week later for another blood draw (necessary to monitor the effects of a new medication I am on). I had the same great experience. Easy check in and on-time service. The lovely co-worker from last time who helped me find my earbuds--I now know her name is Karen--was my technician this time. She was also kind, gentle, and non-judgmental about my fear of needles. She showed genuine care and did not rush me out, encouraging me to sit an extra moment and make sure I was feeling okay since she saw how nervous I was. This is a great place to get your testing done, especially if Melissa and Karen are there to take care of you. read more

Been there 3 times around end-October in the past 3 years for blood tests that are due with my annual health check-up. I had positive experience each time. I made appointments each time. The first two times, I came in time and was taken in immediately. The third time, I came 15 minutes late for my appointment---so I was treated as a walk in. Still, I had to wait only for 2-3 minutes. And the blood draw every time was quick and painless. Their technicians are quite friendly and are compassionate of the fact that I am very afraid of needles and blood. Their waiting room is large. And the results of my blood tests were available on the MyQuest App the same night! Overall, I am quite happy with my experience there and would definitely go back there for my next blood tests. read more

Horrible experience. Apparently theres 2 doors to go through to enter. Doors don't close on their own, so didn't noticed 1 door was left open. While trying to register my elderly mother at kiosk, a phlebotomist named Karen; how ironic , came running out of office stating "you both need to close the door behind you next time". The way it was presented was rude and unprofessional. 1st, there should be a handicapped door that opens and closes for people with canes and wheelchairs. Anyway, the experience was awful, Karen was rude and still continued to argue with me, even in the area with other patients and staff. I asked for her name , and wouldn't give me her bosses name to report her. I usually come to this location due to convenience; however after today, I'm willing to drive elsewhere to avoid them altogether I don't support rude customer service and belittling. Will be reporting to upper level management. Don't go here! read more

Crowded and poor customer service at the front desk. Making an appointment is basically meaningless. They are probably short staffed

This location is particularly small so if you're interested in privacy may want to consider other options as clients in the waiting room could very clearly hear presumably confidential conversations occuring in the interior. As for functional competence, my phlebotomist was very personable and knew her way around a vein - as painless as sticking a metal spike into your arm can be. I'm not sure why such bad reviews. If they had issues with service, they have been resolved. I have never encountered such a sweet and helpful staff. They kept all patients updated on status of when they would be called in for testing and were courteous to everyone who walked in and out of the door. I cannot recall the name of the Patient Rep upon entering, but may GOD give her up to half of heaven for being so very kind to the most rude elder I've seen this week. The old woman was quite condescending from the moment she walked in the door as a walk-in and complained when the patient rep updated us because she wasn't next (after being the last one through the door less than 15 minutes before). But the patient rep was so gentle and kind in spite of. GiGi took me as a patient and she was absolutely amazing. It was a great experience overall. I hope more folks with positive experiences write reviews about these ladies. read more

I wasn't here in the best of moods, because Aetna now insists on only Quest labs (which is annoying ) , and I didn't know that until the lab by my house that I used before turned me away. And this location is small with a staff of only 2 or 3, so at the busy times (8AM-9AM) I waited for an hour as a walk in. HOWEVER, the staff are lovely; Ms. Winnie the phlebotomist in particular is kind, cheerful and professional, and efficient/excellent on her clinical work. read more

I've been using this office for over 25 years because, they are the only lab in network for Aetna (my insurace carrier) and they are less than a mile from both my work and home. I almost always use it as a walk in, because it's almost impossible to get an appointment on their website less than a week in advance. Normally, I go there at 7am, when they open, but this morning, since both I and my wife needed blood work we went there at 10 am. We finally left, in disgust after 1 hour and 40 minutes. The problem today, is that they have one phlebotomist working there who is incredibly slow. The office is very poorly organized. Why don't they have one clerk taking care of the paper work, to leave the phlebotomists to do their job. I wish that I could use Labcorp -- in the same building, but they're out of network. read more

The organization here is terrible! They did not honor appointments at all and were taking walk-ins before taking those who had scheduled appointments. The check in process wasn't effective at all as the kiosk wasn't working and checking in through your phone also was not working so the phlebotomist was checking people in in between taking patients. At one point she told everyone in the waiting room that the wait was going to be an hour and a half and to just drive to the Lawrenceville location instead. read more

I had a COVID test scheduled here before the holidays at 3:15pm. I showed up at 3:05pm and the place was closed. Staff had left and locked up before my scheduled appointment. I called customer service and they couldn't do anything to help other than apologize. I was in full panic mode at this point because I needed the test in order to travel, and every other clinic was full with no appointments available due to the holidays. I called more than five places and drove to four testing centers until I could finally get a walk-in appointment at an urgent care center where I paid $200 out of pocket. Quest was completely useless and caused me so much stress and anxiety today. I thought I might have to cancel my holiday travel plans because their staff can't stick to the scheduled appointments. I don't think they understand the concept of scheduling appointments. Don't go here. read more

This review is for the Quest that is in the first building off of Bunn Drive in Princeton. Come prepared to walk a block or two, because while all the nearby parking is empty, it is also reserved for someone else. You'll have to park further into the complex at another building and walk back to the first building (nearest Bunn Dr) where Quest is housed. Bring earplugs. Once in the wait area, there is a TV loudly blaring morning talk shows, news and ads. The receptionist declined to turn down. "For privacy", she claimed. I had made an appointment through the website, though this is not required. It helps at least a little, as I saw that I "jumped the queue" over some walk-ins. But there was still a 15 minute wait. Once I was finally admitted to the back for servicing, the phlebotomist was very good and even charming, so that's a plus. And possibly, that's the most important thing. read more

Have been getting my blood work done here for several years with no problem. This year my doc ordered my tests on the wrong form (LabCorp). I wanted to call and see if Quest could use their form, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a person on the phone--you just get an eternally long recording and when you final get to the option you want, thinking you will get a real person, NOPE another recording. The old trick of hitting 0 just takes you back to the very beginning of the phone tree. Now I'm stuck going to LabCorp or having the same ridiculous phone experience with my doctor's office. read more

I'm a frequent flyer at this location. I have a standing prescription order where I visit every 4 weeks for blood work. My experience with Quest is generally phenomenal and GIGI is amazing! She remembers me by name and always greets me with a warm smile. Sadly, I went into Quest this weekend and was rudely greeted by "Chris N." She was condescending, loud and unwilling to assist me with my standing order. When I asked her to lower her voice while discussing important HIPAA information since there were people in the waiting room, she spoke even louder, then tossed a business card for feedback at me saying, "This is for people like you," among other unspeakable verbiage. Needless to say my labs weren't drawn, my doctor was livid and plans to file a complaint Monday morning. read more

Wow! Can't tell you what a great experience I had today at Quest. I had just gotten the run around from Lab Corp and found that the test I needed was only done at Quest. They are in the same suite, so I figured I'd go to Quest without an appointment (since I fasted) and see if I could get the test done. They were happy to accommodate me & took me right in. It was a test that they don't do very often so weren't really familiar with it. It was a lot of vials and a lot of detail. The ladies were super. They took their time and made sure that everything was correct, drew the blood (painlessly) and were really efficient and pleasant. I wish I got their names to give them the credit they deserve. Facility was also neat and clean. Keep up the good work. I appreciate all you did for me today. read more

Incredibly slow service. Don't come here unless you have an appointment. Only two workers and 15 people in the waiting room. Only 3-4 patients have be processed in the 30 minutes I have been waiting. Happily many patients ahead of me have been leaving after giving up hope. Staff isn't willing to estimate how much longer the wait might be. 25 minutes later ... All done. Unfortunately, my insurance company requires I use Quest. Quest hours require I come on Saturday unless I take a half day off during the week. read more

quest diagnostics center is a great and awesome place. the nurses are polite, kind, courteous. they stick to the rules. they are there to do a job. we need their services. we don't have to go in with bad attitudes and looking for someone to jump on. these nurses are here to do a job. and they do it great and quickly as possible. but you should not expect fast service so you can do what you want, that wouldn't make for accurate test results. let them do their jobs correctly, plan to be there for a minute, it's not "mcdonalds", lol, it's "a testing site". don't lie, and complain that you have been there for "over an hour", and look at the sign in" board", you've been there 8 minutes", (seriously). listen to your instructions for your test, do it as the nurse ask so others don't get mad at them because you don't follow instructions, holds everyone else up. i know telling the "truth" is a thing of the "past", 'it shouldn't 'be' . 'truth' pressed' down', will 'rise' to the 'top'. keep up the excellent work, quest. be safe' and blessed' in' christ'. read more
