I've never had a bad experience at this facility & have always gone as a "walk-in"…read more This past Mon. 1/6/26 I had an appt. for 9am for pre-op testing (blood work, X-rays & EKG). I arrived at 8:50am, the parking lot was full, ( I got the last handicap spot), the large waiting room had only two empty seats. I was called at 9:05am, had all the tests done & was out the door at 9:30am. WOW!! Kudos to the staff! To a person, everyone was friendly, informative, respectful & professional! ***** Pat L

I didn't have an appointment, so I was hoping they had time for a walk-in. As I entered through the door, I found a tablet propped up on the shelf at the receptionists area. The odd thing, though, is that there was no receptionist. The tablet is used to collect your name, phone number, and birthdate. I only sat in the waiting area a few minutes before I was called back to have my blood drawn. There were people before me, but they waited only a few minutes before they were called back. The Phlebotomist was courteous and skilled during the entire process. The whole process took less than ten minutes. I had a great experience here and I would encourage others to use this facility also! I will be back for future lab work needs.

The woman in the reception area was helpful and welcoming; she made checking-in go very well. The practitioners were extremely thorough. I was examined and asked extensive questions about the pain. They gave me a course of Prednisone, a shot of Toradol, and advice on what I can do in the long run to help this pain from recurring. A wonderful experience overall!

I walked in (no appointment needed) and signed in on the sign-up sheet. A woman that worked there told me to "just sit down and they'll call you". I started to sit and before I got onto the chair they called me in. It was maybe 3 minutes from top to bottom! The person drawing the blood (wish I remembered her name...) literally had a needle in my vein immediately and got the blood she needed. The whole visit took about 10 minutes max! I can't say enough about how efficient it all was. Granted, they could be much busier at other times and it might take longer but I was impressed. A+

I have to say i was a little confused as to how to rate this so called hospital…read more My son was very sick and has AHN insurance. My wife took him to AHN Mccandless Hospital. The nurses and doctors where fine the receptionists where fine as well. My problem is that they call it a hospital when it really is just a big urgent care facility. After blood work and testing the doctor said that they where not capable of diagnosing my sons problems as they do not have any specialty doctors on staff. What the heck no specialty doctors why even call yourself a hospital???????. The doctors said they where going to transfer him to Wexford Hospital. I do not get it they do thousands and thousands of dollars in tests only to say they can't do anything to help. Then to boot some one is paying for an ambulance to transfer him to the other hospital. If I was you I would avoid this so called hospital like the plague. I will be sure to never go here again. This is not a hospital so do not be fooled into thinking it is. If you have basic problems I am sure they can help, But anything remotely serous there is no way for them to help you. I must say again please do not go here unless you have no serious problems. With that said It was our fault for going here. I would normally give one star but the nurses and even the doctors where very nice even if they could not help. Normally for this level of care I would probably give 3-4 stars. Overall I will give 2 stars which is very generous.
