The office experience was ok, but still havn't received cholesterol LDL results after 10 days!!! Usually I get them next day after blood drawing. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment which I waited 6 months! I call the customer service, and got the answer that they store specimens 24 days!!! What does that means??? Can I trust my test results after 24 days of blood drawing?? Looks like I got to find another lab in the area. read more

RIFE & ASSICIATES FAMILY HEALTHCARE, 10755 w. 163rd place orland park il us the lab technician STEPHANIE was VERY RUDE !! no good morning greetings. looked like she was upset that she had a patient. when she asked if i was fasting & i said no, that i had a sip of coffee & politely clarified if my labs were supposed to be fasting, she snapped back " i don't know ! this is a standard question !!" then she was saying under her breath that whoever ordered the test wss an idiot because there is no such test. then she asked me if i was hispanic & i clearly replied NO, but apparently she was not listening eventhough we were about 2 feet from each other then she raised her voice with an annoyed tone and asked me again if i was hispanic. and again i said no. i was so ready to walk out of the room and get the labs drawn another day with another technician. i did not want to start my day and my year with that attitude. i've had other quest tecnicial at this before and i have not encountered such a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE like i did today. i did not deserve this treatment. i am a paying customer. if you can please train your staff with good customer service or find one who appreciates his or her job, while orhers are loosing or lost theirs. read more

I came in for blood work earlier than my appointment and I had no doctors order on file. However, after hard work and communication with doctor office, Pamela and Donna continued to check for me. When finally sent, it wasn't clear and these ladies went beyond measures to accommodate me and finalize the order after two hours of effort!!! I'm very grateful for these two ladies at the location and this company should be blessed that these ladies work for them! They truly care about their patients and it shows!!! read more

Still haven't received my results and it's been over 2 weeks... no email, no call, can't call the office and speak to a person, doctors haven't heard. What a waste of time and crap website... of coarse nothing on there either. Guess I have to drive over there and talk to someone, during COVID, with my kids! Checked in at 7:35, sat and waited over 30 minutes until I even saw someone who works here. Waiting room filled up and nobody at front desk, nobody answered phone when I tried calling. Now, 1 week later, I'm at my doctor and they never received the lab results from Quest. So angry!!! read more

Went in for blood work and got in to see the tech within 5 minutes. Donna was very pleasant and we gabbed for a few minutes. The needle was like butter. I hardly felt a thing and I'm not a big needle lover. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I recommend highly. And if you can get Donna, the angel, you're lucky. read more

This is in the middle of a strip shopping mall across the street from a church on a hill. It is also near a McDonalds and a couple of resale shops, one of which is called Neat Repeats. Neat Repeats has a large sign that can be easily seen from 159th. I arrived early, got my labs done right away. Very efficient! read more

I never gave blood before and came into this incredible facility to give for the first time. I was greeted by DONNA. What an incredible person. Took charge, got my scrip and walked me to the back. She was very friendly which put me at ease right away. As we talked and yes she knew doing that would take my mind away from situation. Did it and one shot and we were done. I'm a married guy or I would have bought her a drink to say thanks. Please don't go anywhere Donna because whenever I give blood now I'm asking for my nurse angel. I checked in the parking lot and my phone said ready for you and saw her literally opening the entrance door for me. If she doesn't become some kind of management then there isn't fairness in this world. read more

They reuse their tourniquet's and replace daily, not in between patients. Spoke to the supervisor about this issue and was told they bleach the rubber tourniquet, and use it on multiple people through out the day. I will no longer go here seeing that they reuse supplies, I'm not sure what else they reuse, but it's a health issue and could lead to infection if something is used on multiple people, especially near the injection site. Hi, I am not sure what bringing it to the leadership team will do, seeing that I addressed it with the supervisor and that it is your policy to reuse rubber tourniquets and replace daily only! You can however provide me with feedback as to why it's your policy to reuse supplies and if anything else is reused during blood draws between different patients. read more

I felt that I needed to leave a comment about one of your staff that went above and beyond for me. My husband has been very sick and in order to rule out certain diagnoses, a very unique blood test was ordered. Not knowing where to go, I stopped in to this location and Donna took the time to look up codes and to call your service center to see if you are equipped to perform this test. While waiting to hear back, she assured me that she would contact me with the proper information that day, which she did, making my life quite a bit easier since I didn't understand how to proceed. Donna went out of her way to help me and I couldn't appreciate it more! read more

I just came from my doctor's office and needed to get a quick lab- no blood work. My insurance changed from ACL labs to Quest. I did not have an appointment, so I signed in and waited. The service is much slower than at ACL labs. People would leave, but no one else would be called back for many minutes. While the status board continued to say my wait time was 19 minutes, I am still waiting 50 minutes later. Note to self-make an appointment or you can spend a few hours here waiting... read more

You need to make an appointment or you will be waiting for hours for walk-ins. I got there 10 mins before my appointment, people were talking that they've been waiting for at least 2 hrs. But I got in 5 mins after my appointment, very impressive. But my experienced from blood drawn was horrific!! Never experienced that much pain, I would rate it 10+!!! Then she wasn't able to draw blood, so she has to stick a needle again on my other arm. It took awhile before the pain went away, I have to ask for an ice pack first before she tried my other arm. Then she stuck that needle, pain 6+, i was so relieved when she finally got some blood out! I just can't wait to get out of there! Then it got worst, when she was putting the label on the samples, she said She forgot she supposed to get 2 samples!!! How can she forget? She printed the labels before she drew blood!!! 2 LABELS!!!! I would not go back to this place again! If I have to, I will make sure that person will not be taking my blood! EVER! By the way, that person looks like not all together, she looks like she just woke up and not completely awake! I forget her name but for sure she's Asian. read more
