I have gone to a few different sites in Jacksonville, but this site is by far the best. I set up an appointment for 7:20, but due to construction and whatnot... I was 15 minutes late, so I had to wait for the standby. Someone came out and informed us that they had over 280 appointments today, so they would fit us in as quickly as possible. At a previous site in Bartram park, I waited over 3 hours to be seen. I was only in the waiting room at this location for about 15 minutes. Domonique came and got me and was amazing!! Quick and did a great job. Only about 5 days before I was in the hospital for pre-op blood draw... and they blew out both arms... she got a vein on the side and we joked around a bit and I was out in 5 minutes. All these reviews seem silly and much more like some Karen's that were mad they didn't get seen right away and get their way. This place has you in and out so quickly. This business is THE WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA. Today, the third time trying to pay them to get my annual blood work and each location is a joke. TODAY the reason they turned me away after driving an hour to go to this location because the one by my house has a hand written note saying closed. The Kingsley location is telling me they have a meeting DURING OPEN HOURS so they kicked all of the people that already checked in out of the office. very rude staff without remorse or an apology. I will nevvvvvver used Quest again, ever!!! They only hire a certain demographic at every location and that demographic is the FORMER EMPLOYEES of the DMV. That rude! To the nasty young black female who did my testing this morning, i don't know what your system shows as my name but the board in the waiting area displays the first initial of my last name and the first three letters of my first name so when you, as the phlebotomist, come out and call a name that's not on the board, YES I'M CONFUSED as I'm expected to be called what's on the board because that will match what's on my order. Now, I do prefer to go by my middle name because people want to call me what they think they see and not what my name actually is. This may be on my ONLINE account, however the rudeness you gave this morning was giving "I don't even give ah shyt rn lady" was so not necessary. I asked you if the last name was "A******" and your reply was "oh i don't know it just says F***". So since no one else got up, I made the assumption that you were calling my name and proceeded to room 3 as you stated. Btw, I also saw you side-eyeing me as I proceeded to your tech area. You see, I have eyes and ears of a mother which you might not have yet and so I'm gonna say this, little girl, fix your face and your attitude because you may have to walk this path one day of getting labs done every 3-4 months for whatever reason (s)! visited on 12/16/24 with an appointment the waiting room had no available seats and took me 45 minutes after my appointment time to be served. the staff doesn't care so, either staff didn't show up for work, Quest has decided to minimize labor and maximize complaints, or they just don't care about their horrible customer service ratings. The small waiting room was filled and spilling out into the also full hallway. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, they double book so you will still be waiting an hour or more. There is no check in person, just an electronic system. Went to Quest Diagnostics on Kingsley for a blood lab and if you don't have any high-tech skills and computers, you're pretty much on your own there's nobody nobody comes out to help you I scheduled an appointment is it come back at 1:30 I looked at it I wrote it down when I got here at one 130. It said that I didn't have any appointment scheduled and then when I asked the lady she said oh well if you didn't write down the confirmation number, then it didn't you know what I don't have time it's just unfair now I gotta wait another thing on three hours. I think I'll put that in at 9 o'clock, so I'm just saying if you don't have the computer skills, you might not want to go there older people are not some it's not older people friendly read more

Where the techs yell your name from the back and you better hurry up and answer or they'll skip you and move to the next one. This is my third trip to this spot to have it done. The first trip was partly my fault I wasn't aware you needed an appointment. (So fyi.. no walk in allowed). So I made an appointment and came back that afternoon. I still couldn't get the test done because they didn't have the specific urine cups required. UGH! Ok. I was told by the tech to come back tomorrow morning... they would have the cup here. Ok I came back this morningand guess what ?! No specimen cup. REALLY?!? Jessica is rude as hell. No customer service skills. Seemed like she hates her job. Tells me I have an outstanding balance. I didn't remember having any prior lab so I asked to give more info on it. Didn't dispute paying the bill as a matter of fact i paid the bill. Asked plenty of times where did this come from. After paying it she tells me that she couldn't pull that info up because I paid the bill. She pretty much called me a liar because in her brain she thought she told me. In no time did I raise my voice I just continued to ask for more info on the bill. I guess a manager or co worker Samantha came to see what was going on. I explained the situation she also tells me I didn't hear her. How in the heck can she say that if she wasn't in the conversation. The workers here all have attitudes, none of them greet you or smile. There is no one attending the front desk. I was asked if I needed help with an attitude and when i told them what I needed all I was told to do was sign in. The wait times are insane (mine says over 90 minutes) There are no bathrooms in the waiting room. And the lighting in this building is terrible and gloomy. Whoever hired these people should be fired with them. I took a pic of a garbage can because they need to throw the whole staff away. I tried calling this exact location and it sends me to an automated system. I've never had a worst experience when going to take a urine test. I had to get bloodwork done and there was no available appointments until a few weeks out. Rolled the dice with walking in. I got there right at 545 and there was already a few people waiting at the door. I was probably the fourth person in line. You check in on a little iPad up front and wait for your name to be called. I think I waited for maybe 3 minutes before being called back. My testing was done and over with in 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was incredibly quick and there was zero pain. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had for a blood draw. Just go early and you shouldn't have too long of a wait. read more

I've gone to this location several times for blood draw and until today, was always uneventful. I had an appointment but was nearby so I thought to save myself a trip and get my work done sooner. I was an hour early but signed in and sat down to wait my turn. At the time, I was the only customer. After waiting around five minutes, I wasn't called but a couple of other customers arrived and were called back immediately. "Ok, I'm early and they had appointments." This process went on for the next 40 minutes often with periods of inactivity and no customers other than myself in the waiting area. (Two of their technicians did ask what time my appointment was, and once they saw I was early, it was not addressed any further.) Finally a technician came out and I told her I had a question. I asked, "Do you have a policy or something prohibiting servicing a customer ahead of their scheduled appointment time; it's been almost 45 minutes?" She stated that they have appointments scheduled and allocated to specific times and I can't go in front of them. I then asked, "are you talking about appointments that aren't here yet?" She answered, "yes." I replied with, "that doesn't seem reasonable making me wait excessively being that I'm already here; signed into the system but you're giving priority to some one that isn't even here yet and may not even show up?" At this point I resigned myself to wait the next 20 minutes until my appointment time arrived. Then without warning a female technician very aggressively confronted me stating what their system was regarding appointments; I stopped her and said, "whoa! I've not said a single word to you; I didn't solicit a response from you and I don't appreciate you getting into my personal space. I asked a question and as far as I'm concerned it was answered. If one arrives for their appointment early they're penalized for it." She then tried to argue her point momentarily but I wasn't interested. I was called back for my blood draw about five minutes later and it took all of three minutes from start to finish. There was more than adequate time during the approximate hour I wasted watching them service occasional customers. Lesson here is, don't show up early because you'll absolutely be wasting your time. You will not be seen earlier, (at least at this location.) And, there's at least one technician there carrying a chip on her shoulder. read more

I won't be coming here again. I tried to come in early, before my scheduled time (10am) as my daughter has an appt right after I would be done here. So to avoid me being late to the next appt or missing it, I came an hour early. I was told they weren't taking walkins but I told her I indeed had an appt it just wasn't for another hour, there were 2 people in the waiting room mind you. I come back in at 920 to sit in the waiting room .. my appt is at 10. I'm here for 5 minutes and the girl next to me who is A WALK-IN APPT, gets called back. Interesting. Ja was my technician and she did a wonderful job. I was out of the door five minutes after my schedule appointment. Totally painless, and very efficient. I haven't even been to this office and I am leaving 1 star because there is absolutely no way to get a hold of anyone at the office. I had an appointment today but wanted to come in earlier for my appointment and was trying to find out if I could make an earlier appointment and the phone number would not transfer me directly to the office. It transferred me to a national support center which is absolutely no help because when I spoke to them and try to make my appointment they put me through to an automated appointment line that takes forever and is so difficult to use. I saw a countless number of patients walk in and wait at the front desk and walk out because no one ever came to speak with them. After I was called in I sat at cubicle to give my info, on the small counter next to me was a basket with many urine samples.
