Always quick and painless. Never waited more 10 minutes, usually less.

But when I had a second appointment for a new serious concern, he told me it's all in my head and he can't help me despite me being sick all day for months. He didn't even want to run any tests despite my history of gastro problems. Maybe he just isn't familiar with this specific concern. I'm going to get a second opinion with another doctor. The person who answers phone calls is incredibly rude. She refuses to give any messages to the doctor and makes you wait months for an appointment despite it being an urgent issue. I brought this up with Dr. Frederickson and he said he always has openings for urgent cases and I should've been allowed to be seen sooner. My main complaint is the scheduling person being rude and making people wait for appointments when there are sooner openings and the patient is in excruciating pain daily. I had to wait 3 months. She didn't care that my issue was urgent and I was in constant pain daily. I'd understand if he was actually booked but the doctor told me he's never fully booked and I could've came in months sooner.

I was a patient of Dr. Hua Zhang's for nearly a decade, first at her smaller practice in Foxboro,…read moreand after she launched Pondville medical Associates. During that time, I had minor issues, but stayed with her as the practice as it grew to the level it is today, which is basically a managed care practice with many specialties under one roof. At first glance, the idea of being able to see your primary care doctor and virtually every other specialist you may need in one office building, without having to travel to a hospital in Boston, sounds incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I live with several serious and debilitating conditions which require specialized treatment. Over the last 12 months, it has become increasingly difficult for me to get referrals to my specialists. At first, the office claimed this was due to various innocuous reasons, until I was ambushed at an appointment at the end of 2017. Dr. Zhang lied to me. She told me my insurance would not allow me to see my specialists, and required me to see hers. She gave me some names, and I contacted those people. Their level of understanding was not adequate to suit my needs. Dr. Zhang promised to talk to the insurance company, but didn't think she could change their minds. What she did not know is that I am very comfortable advocating for myself, so I checked with my insurance company. The insurance company told me what I already knew: I can see my specialists, but will pay more because they are outside of my normal network. It has been 2 weeks since that appointment. Today I received a call from one of my specialists that I see every other week, and they told me Dr. Zhang's office had called to have me moved to their practice, and attempted to cancel my treatments. Also, today, I received a call from Dr. Zhang. She wished me a happy new year, and promptly told me she "brought my case" to the partners (she is a founding partner), and they determined that I need to receive all offered treatment in their building, regardless of if the specialist is actually familiar with my rather rare conditions. I told her I was not comfortable making that change at this time, and asked for clarification. Dr. Zhang reiterated that the Pondville team, not my insurance company, determined I can only receive treatment from their practice. They will not give me any referrals for treatment outside of Pondville Medical Associates. It was at this point that Dr. Zhang asked what I would do if she brought my case back to the Ponville team, and they once again would not allow a referral. I told her I would seek out a new primary care practice. Dr. Zhang told me I am no longer a patient at Pondville Medical Associates and disconnected the call. If all of this was not enough, I received a call from one of my specialists shortly after the conversation with Dr. Zhang. Apparently, the office manager from Pondville had called to say they would not send a referral to the specialist's office because I was no longer a patient. Thankfully, I already have an approved referral on file, and have some time to find a new primary care doctor. To be clear, I am a person that required bi-weekly treatment for a debilitating condition. Dr. Zhang and Pondville Medical Associates are concerned about lining their pockets, and referring patients to each other, regardless of what is best for the patient. Stay away from this medical group.

Whether you are stopping by, or calling Bill over the phone, you should definitely do what I didn't…read moredo (regretfully) and follow your gut instincts if you get the feeling that these aren't people you want to be leaving your vehicle with. Up until now, my dad has been going there for a year or so, and unfortunately due to his poor naivete is just realizing that he's been ripped off by Bill countless times over the course. Upon doing my research looking up reviews on Bill's before going to him myself for my own car troubles a while ago, I was shocked to discover that this place was sued and fined $116k by Mass Attorney General Martha Coakley and had been suspended for issuing fraudulant passing inspection stickers to cars that had failed emissions control tests for a quick few bucks (Google it). Aside from my dad's contribution, I'm honestly dumbfounded about how this place remains in business. My very first time calling the center, Bill was rude, impatient over the phone and if anything sounded bothered/annoyed that I had called and literally sounded like he had just woken up. From what we've experienced from this place thus far, Bill has not been a man of his word; always wishy-washy and unreliable about when your car will be done. He'll tell you it'll be done tomorrow, and before you know it, you are calling daily until he finally tells you it's done, and it's a week and a half later. After finding out about Bill's legal woes and reading other customer reviews, I can only imagine what other purposes Bill has used my car for other than repairing them. Adding to the list Bill is inconsistent, and shamelessly lacks business ethics and/or integrity; not customer service forward at all and disrespectful in the way he approaches you, even in the way he speaks to you. He'll charge you unfairly - either that or for cheap, and then your car breaks down a week later (I'd know from experience). Most importantly he cares more about reaping money out of your pockets than fixing your car properly, much less salvaging any credibility he has left to his business. Very trashy, untrustworthy and sketchy operation. If I could I'd rate 0 stars, but Yelp doesn't allow it. Bye Bill

The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. Again, my primary care doc is all on board with Dr. Petteruti's treatments. Big box medicine addresses symptoms in a wack -a- mole methodology. Dr. Petteruti addresses the root cause to help you be heathy.
