To make it worse their payment termial wast working so no card payment so we were advised to to get at the Pharmacy on 1st Fl. Surprisingly no ATM therefore we needed to buy unwanted stuff to get a cash back. This has been a worse experience. lack of communication and regards to people. Everyone seemed upsets. The lady working appears to have no sens of urgency or whatsoever. By the time this review was being posted i was still waiting to be called. Communication needs to be improved at this place .

I arrive at this location to be informed that drug testing is only done during certain hours and to come back. As I live an hour away I had to wait two hours in the parking lot holding my bladder so I could take the test. The staff are extremely rude. The building and location are dirty and the internal signage is terrible. Would highly recommend avoiding this company if possible although I am guessing majority are stuck using it as part of a hiring process.

The radiologist helped my son to feel welcome and comfortable and permitted me to sit outside as he was scanned. If there is one area of improvement is to clearly indicate that the imaging center is located at the back of the building. We parked at the front of the building and was redirected to walk around outside to the back. If someone who was dropped off was in serious pain, this would have been an uncomfortable walk.

Then the phlebotomist tells me that she normally would do it but has a family emergency and needs to get home. So I said well what about the other phlebotomist? Apparently she had an emergency and needed to leave too. So don't come here expecting to get service, it appears that the employees have too much going on in their personal life to actually do their jobs.

Another customer asked the staff a question about dropping off a sample. She explained that she was following the instructions given to her by her medical team regarding the timing of the drop-off. The staff member was dismissive and told her that doctors "don't understand how lab tests work." The situation escalated, and the customer accidentally spilled urine all over the waiting room. As two staff members discussed what had happened afterward, they were discussing the customer herself and blaming her for the spill rather than simply addressing the situation. Every customer in the waiting room was able to overhear them discussing the incident, including the fact that urine had been spilled. I found it extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to discuss a customer in that manner in front of other customers. The staff then refused to honor her appointment, and she left. After I had already checked in at the kiosk and waited for some time, a staff member came out and told me they were not accepting walk-ins. The tone felt hostile, and the staff member pointed to a sign stating that walk-ins were not being accepted. The sign was located on the other side of the waiting room, between the entrance and the area where the urine had spilled. Because of the spill and the situation surrounding it, I had no way to see or read the sign when I first walked in. I had already been able to check in at the kiosk and had been waiting, so I had no reason to think I was considered a walk-in. I was ultimately turned away after checking in, waiting, and having no indication that I would not be seen. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you have the option, I would recommend going to the Greenwich, CT location instead. My experience there has been much more professional.

I called the company to contact the clinic to resolve this issue. Abdul called the lead to come help him they both proceeded to ignore me when I asked for further clarification on why there was an issue. Then I found out Abdul was going to be the one drawing my blood. He kept yelling at me to get off the phone and when I asked him if he resolved his confusion with the billing he said he figured it out. Then told me he doesn't have to tell me anything. I've had some pretty off experiences at places but this by far is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and don't ever come here. When I asked the front desk staff person whether they text first or call out the name, she stated that they call the name first and then text the patient. This makes no sense. You have 30 people in a small waiting room that has only 5 chairs. Everyone is standing on top of one another. Why the hell would I stay in there with all those people? Of course I'm going to wait outside. If you're offering people the option. To receive a text so that they don't have to be around so many people, especially during this moment in history, why would you not text th first? Instead, you call their name and when they don't hear you, they go on to the next person and the person after that, and then they call you. I literally watched a woman walk in AFTER I received my text, that got called up before they called my name. Makes no sense and I won't ever be back. Not to mention that the phlebotomist took his time coming to me, likely because he heard me complaining. This place is full of crap.
