Experience rated below zero. I came to this location only because my school requires a drug screen, and the treatment I received was absolutely unacceptable. This experience involved two women--one at the front desk and one who appeared to be the phlebotomist. Both were slow, hostile, rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, with zero customer service skills. I am beyond angry. I arrived a few minutes after 10:00 a.m. on 1/9/26 and checked in using the kiosk. The front desk clerk immediately had an attitude--cold, nasty, and glaring at me. I wasn't sure I was in the system, so I showed her my paperwork. She reluctantly snatched it, barely acknowledged me, and told me to sit down because I was "checked in." I asked about the wait time and was told rudely that she "didn't know" and that there was "no way to find out." I waited and waited while my name was never called. I approached the desk multiple times, and each time I was met with the same nasty tone and told again that there was "no way to know" how long the wait would be. I explained that I needed to pick up my son and take him to an appointment. She did not care at all. The waiting room eventually emptied completely, yet my name was still never called. New people came in and out, and still, nothing. At approximately 12:25 p.m., one of the women came out and loudly announced, "Everyone in this room go to the other room. We are closed for lunch." I immediately approached her with my paperwork and was told angrily, "Ma'am, go in the next room!" I said, "No, that's not fair. I've been waiting over two hours." She shouted at me and said, "No you did not! You got here after 11 a.m." We argued back and forth because that was a blatant lie. I refused to leave. Only then did the front desk clerk finally look at my paperwork, properly pronounce my name, and say, "I've been calling you. I called you three times and then took you out of the system." That was absolutely untrue. I told her so. At one point, I heard her call the name "Valerie." My name starts with a V, but I am not Valerie. She then took my paperwork to the back, returned, and said they could not take me and that I should come back at 1:00 p.m. By that point, I had already wasted over 2 hours of my time. I told her to remove me from the system and left without getting my blood work done. Bottom line: I waited over two hours, was treated with disrespect and hostility, was likely skipped or mishandled, and still did not receive the required service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and it was entirely avoidable if the staff had done their jobs professionally. To the Manager: This level of unprofessionalism is a direct reflection of your failure to lead and supervise your staff. What occurred at this location was not an isolated attitude problem. It was systemic incompetence, poor training, and complete disregard for patients' time and obligations. Your employees were hostile, dismissive, and mishandled my visit so badly that I waited over two hours and still did not receive a required drug screen. That is not a mistake. That is negligence and operational failure. I did not get the names of the two employees involved, but that is not an excuse for inaction. You can easily determine who was working the front desk and phlebotomy area during the morning and early afternoon of 1/9/26, and you are responsible for addressing their conduct. Do not insult me with a generic response claiming you will "look into it." That excuse is meaningless without actual consequences and corrective action. These employees need immediate retraining, close supervision, and accountability, and if that cannot be accomplished, they should not be interacting with the public. This situation demands real action, not empty words. How you respond will determine whether this issue ends here or is escalated further. read more

I went to Labcorp for a specialized blood test. I arrived early on Oct. 15th 2025. The office was quiet and clean. I entered my information. Within minutes, the blood technician, Jo checked me in. I waited no more than 10 minutes. She then escorted me to the Lab. room, took the blood sample, gave me a few instructions and I left. She was very cordial and professional and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this location. For those who are driving, there is a parking lot. Bring cash for that is the only method of payment. read more

Let me start with I've gotten blood work here for years and never had a problem. Until this experience they Completely under staffed , staff has no urgency at all, the check in system is completely a waste of time at the machine and with the staff. If you didn't have your q code to scan for the appointment you made already and type your Info in , it does not register you as having an appointment and you will be next available time. Also I put my insurance info in when I made an appointment online , again at the check in machine and reception asked me for my card again to put it in the system. Don't waste your time. This is my first time leaving a bad review anywhere, but I don't want you to waste as much time as I did. Honestly, go to a different location or select a different vendor entirely. They are moving at a glacial pace because they just don't care, they don't open on time, you can't get in contact with them over the phone. Scheduling a time didn't work even though one may try to do so online or over the phone. Went in for a simple background screening I had to do for work, it took me all day because they didn't have the right people in at the time, I had to come back, they didn't open on time after they'd told me the time I should visit (a line of 14 people waiting for them to open their doors after their lunch break). OMG this location is SO FREAKING UNDERSTAFFED. And those who are there seem so, so, sooo unhappy. Don't even bother getting an appointment - it won't matter. No one works the front desk. I stood in line to announce our arrival for 15 minutes today...and NO ONE came out! We've been twice before and once we were seen the experience went well enough. First I would like to state I never leave negative reviews but this labcorp is so awful I had to, personally working in healthcare I understand, I understand the understaffing and the fact sometimes patients may not have the most patience, so I always take that into consideration when going anywhere that is healthcare related. That being said, this place NEEDS to be closed immediately, the absolute, unbelievable, malpractice that is happening at this Labcorp is disgusting. I have been to multiple Labcorps in the past and never have I saw such an overwhelming sense of understaffing in my life. First off I would like to start this with, there was at minimum of 25 people in the waiting room (more than that probably) and 5 people on line with no one at the front desk for over 30 minutes. The entire time I was there not a single person was brought to the back to be tested or whatever they may have needed done, and the employee working at the front desk when she decided to come to the front was unbelievably rude and did NOT pick her head up from the computer when I approached the desk to ask a question. (May not be her fault, I would be extremely unhappy with the working conditions as well, but there is an amount of professionalism that is required to work in healthcare which she lacked tremendously) I personally was there for a urine drug test for my school and I WISH I didn't have to do it through labcorp. I've been to multiple locations now, over FIVE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS and all of them have told me I need to go to the New Rochelle location to get tested and make an appointment because none of them do what I need. What does that even intel? Isn't labcorp meant for testing? I don't understand how a basic urine panel is not done at every location, I have my paperwork in order and I have a deadline for school like everyone else has a deadline. fine, I made an appointment and still I waited over TWO HOURS and gave up after that, the gentleman sitting to my right had told me he had been there for over SIX HOURS for the same urine test I needed, AS WELL AS he was asked to leave for their lunch break and stand in the hall. This place is absolutely disgusting to its patients and an abuse to its staff I'm sure. I don't want to put the blame on the staff since I truly understand what it's like to work and be stressed while understaffed in the healthcare field, so whoever is in charge of this labcorp you either NEED to hire more staff immediately or SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. From what I saw it is completely malpractice and a lawsuit from someone waiting to happen. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I will travel to another state or labcorp far away before I ever return to this location, and the ONLY reason I will be return to a labcorp is unfortunately my school requires it through them, which by the way, requires me to take off ANOTHER day off of work even though I had an appointment. Felt obligated to say something because of all the bad reviews that are on the site but I was a no appointment walk in Expected the worst and long wait times, but was seen within 20 minutes quick and quick out. Staff was efficient highly professional, overall very pleased. read more

Not time efficient waited 2 hours just for urine screening with only 5 people inside. They also don't use priority setting and they just call people at random. They good people but just i dont recommend i was holding my piss for 2 hours. Furthermore, when you walk in you have to check in unless you will wait hours just for a receptionist. read more

I don know where to start. -first if all i had an appointment that intook online once i got there i was told i couldn't been seen because i book the wrong type of test ( fine not problem) & i was told i can do a walk next morning at 9am. - Next day cane in 30 min earlier at 8:30am after checking we were informed at 8 that the tech will not be here and a replacement is on her way without no ETA. After waiting for about 2 hour the tech came in and we were not even informed, only find out when i waked to the window to ask again Again we were asked to check in again and those who came early lost their place and we waited again for another hour just to start being process. To make it worse their payment termial wast working so no card payment so we were advised to to get at the Pharmacy on 1st Fl. Surprisingly no ATM therefore we needed to buy unwanted stuff to get a cash back. This has been a worse experience. lack of communication and regards to people. Everyone seemed upsets. The lady working appears to have no sens of urgency or whatsoever. By the time this review was being posted i was still waiting to be called. Labcorp's employee INTENTIONALLY HURT my daughter, was rude and yelled at us. The hours on the door state that the office is open until 4pm. We arrived at about 3:40, the earliest we could get there. The employee rolled her eyes when we came though the door and demanded to know why we were there. Then she directed me to the check-in machine and marched behind us to bolt the door closed. She then yelled at me for taking too much time to check in on the machine. She demanded that I "skip through it" and come back. With this same attitude, she stuck a collection syringe in the crook of my daughter's right arm, wiggled it around, pulled it out, threw it away and then -- with anger, stabbed my daughter in the crook of her left arm and aggressively punched the needle back and forth until she speared the vein. My daughter cried out at the pain and then sat there sobbing while held in place. Would I ever recommend your facility to anyone? Absolutely NOT. I would never treat ANYONE the way this woman treated me, and I certainly would NEVER hurt anyone the way she hurt my daughter. It took my daughter over an hour to stop crying and shaking after this experience. read more

Very Professional. Looks like they are renovating the lobbies too. Everyone, from the front desk to the attending staff were pleasant, and efficient. Kudos to Demetria, the attending who took my blood. I had been to my doctor's office, where the nurse tried and tried, but was not able to find a vein. I finally stopped her and said I would go to a lab to have it done. (apparently mine are deep and hard to find) Demetria, the nurse, found the spot, went in one time, with a light hand. I hardly noticed when she did, and got the collection done quickly and without incident. read more

Reception was very unfriendly. Older black lady had an attitude the whole time. She wanted me to yell out what I was there for instead of looking it up in the computer. Lab messed up my specimen. Had to go back and retest again. I will go to another labcorp next time. read more

I really don't like going to this location, the experience is never pleasant but continue to go here because it's close to my home. This time I had an appointment for blood work. The front desk folks are never pleasant. They took me into the lab on time but had me wait in the room for about 20 mins. What is the point of the appointment if they come so late I'm not sure. They didn't seem busy inside at all. I think they were late because they were coming out of the lunch hour. Then the person came in to draw blood and wore a glove on one hand only. When I ask she said she washed her hands and need the other hand bare to feel my veins. I've never heard of such a thing. I was uncomfortable. Not because of covid but for all the other reasons medical professionals are suppose to wear gloves. I'm sure this is some violation in the medical field but I'm not sure who to report it to. Next time I will insist on them wearing gloves if not they will not be drawing blood. Just FYI so you guys pay attention. read more
