Let me back up, and tell you that I did not have an appointment according to them, yet I was sitting there when my doctors office called. There was no one in the office and they told me the first appointment available was at 1:00 PM Three hours a way. Long story short, I drove to the collection center on Cleary and Vets, was greeted with a smile and actual concern for my care. I filed a complaint while I was there but no one ever called me back. Then I called the 800 number but again no one called. I guess since I get blood work done every month, my experience was disappointing. They need née staff that actually want to be there and care for elderly patients.

They're also all very good at taking blood in a quick, efficient, and painless way. The electronic check-in is very fast, and then I barely have time to sit down before I get called back. I'm in and out in under 5 minutes every time I come. My results always post to my account within 14-20 hours from the time I take my test.
