    The 561 Lincoln Ave in Bellevue Lab is extremely understaffed. One person works as a receptionist,…read morecashier, lab technician, physical examiner. I made an appointment and waited for half an hour at which point I was expecting to be taken in, as I was the next person on the list with an appointment. Alas, that was not to be. Sharlene, the person working there that day, insisted on taking in a walk-in ahead of me. She was unapologetic and couldn't care less about the situation. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave without getting my tests done. Appointments are quite useless at that location.
