This " nurse " gave me the worst experience in my life at one of the worst times in my life.
Sandrafaye S.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Appointment was at 12:10 There's no parking. Had to park three blocks over after searching for 10-15mins. Get to the door at 12:27 One lady answers the door and tells me they are On lunch. I have to wait outside the door on the floor untill 1:30. Thanks. I will never come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The thing about this is that people are probably already going through difficult times and to be met at the door with total disregard and no type of care coming from these nurses or whatever they are is just trash service.

This is absolutely the worst location! Train your staff to be more considerate during these times. They offer a program called "wait by text" where you can wait outside/by your car and receive a text message when you're next. You can choose that option when you check in (screen shot both the website and the texted i received after my checkin) and wait either in the hallway (a lot of people walking through) or outside like their website says either in your car or to get fresh air. At first I waited 30 mins in the hallway with three other people but there was so many people walking through i felt uncomfortable and went outside. I added money to my meter (DTLA) and then proceeded to walk up. After being outside for 45 mins and seeing no one in the hallway another guest walked up and went in to checkin. That guests quickly walked out stating she got her screening done quickly and that i should go inside and check. I walked in and the lady in to front asked "are you cliff?" Which I replied "yes, I've been waiting for over 45 mins for a drug test and went down for a quick breather & to add more money in my meter (5-8 mins max)." To my surprise I was responded with "well that's not my fault I called you." Called me? I received no messages (phone call or text) and if you did call out my name and saw I was gone why didn't you check again or why didn't I receive the wait by text, more time since you have implemented the rule of no waiting in the waiting room?" She continued to just state that "she called my name" and let me to feel this was all my fault. I declined my screening and said i wouldn't want you to handle it anyways and walked out. Why have a program when your centers are using them??? Horrible experience! EDIT: after reading the previous reviews ok here, I am certain the lady that handled the front desk is the same lady.

Came here for a Drug Test for a new job. They also do glucose testing. No appointments necessary! LOCATION & PARKING Located on E. 3rd St. in Little Tokyo across from the Union Church of Los Angeles. Look for a big green building with 420. You're in the right place if there's a flower shop on your right and Pacific Commerce Bank on your left. Take the back elevators to the 8th floor cuz it's located in Suite 802. Metered street parking only. One side is 2 hour parking between 8am-8pm and the other side is 4 hour parking. Parking is $1.50/hr. **TIP: Bring coins or credit/debit card to pay for metered parking! OPERATIONS INFO Drug screening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am - 12:30pm and 1:30 pm - 3pm. **TIP: CLOSED between 12:30pm - 1:30pm for Lunch! DRUG SCREENING PROCESS The Asian lady checked me in, took my authorization form and ID, and took me in immediately. She led me to the bathroom and had me place my purse and anything in my pockets in a secure locked box. After washing hands, she instructed me to pee in the cup and told me I had 3 minutes. Was barely even 2 minutes in and she was already knocking on the door asking if I've finished. At least let me wipe first lady, damn! After my specimen was collected and labeled, she returned my ID and gave me a receipt. I was in and outta there in half an hour! **TIP: Drink LOTS of water at least 1-2 hours before you come cuz they'll need a urine sample for the drug screening! If you need a Drug Test for a job, Quest Diagnostics will take good care of you!

Is an employee standing behind during the urine test?

Ha-ha-ha, looks like you want to cheat. But, no. Patient is in restroom by themselves.

Even gave them a few courtesy minutes, until a lady from a neighboring office walked by and told me that they haven't been open for around a month and that she's seen people waiting there every day for nothing. WHAT THE? So I call their office number and ONLY THEN is there a message that they're temporarily closed. WHY NO SIGN ON THE DOOR? WHY DID THEIR SYSTEM MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PLACE THAT'S CLOSED? WHY DID THEIR SYSTEM EVEN ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT IF THEY'RE CLOSED? WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL INSTEAD OF THEM CALLING OR SENDING ME A MESSAGE KNOWING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and a TERRIBLE way to start the day. You stink, Labcorp!

This location in particular is super popular, near the beach, the big shot Playa Vista community, the movies, etc. As a result, many tech and entertainment people go out of their way to come to this location. And while they take walk-ins, I'd highly recommend making an appointment online or you just might come in and get caught up doing a whole lot of people watching before your name is called. Lol The CSA of this experience (and to be quite honest multiple visits here) beyond a shadow of a doubt was Ms. Olga-who is essentially a super nice and kind gatekeeper here. (I know because I got two hugs today one going in and out)! With the current arrangement (and this is going back perhaps even a year or two now-maybe longer), you simply can't get to the lab without her greenlight. Lol Olga gets you beyond the locked key card scan only door with the lab itself being way, way, way down the hall. So try to bring a smile along with you as she'll certainly have one or two ready for you! Olga is a credit to building management as a whole, and to LabCorp as well!

Makes absolutely no sense to make me wait for people to have complete blood draws, etc. just to check paperwork and drop off my sample. To top it off, the technician was rude and racist. Someone said the wait time was six hours, but we didn't stay long enough to find out. The waiting area was huge. There were about 14 people in that wait area. The staff was too busy to help someone in their hospital wheelchair go to the restroom. That's kind of shameful. (edit: I had to drive 20 minutes to the hospital to help this person get to the restroom so they wouldn't injury themselves further while holding it in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) We get to the restroom and a younger nurse was using the accessible stall on her phone. Idk if she was using it for the toilet, because she left a stack of toilet seat covers on the toilet for some reason. Confusing. Anyway... not great. The front desk associate took like 10 minutes to get a wheelchair. The parking area is also very small. People were making up new spaces at the ends of the rows and along the curb, blocking the handicap parking, which isn't located near the ER entrance. Under construction, too. Are they updating accessibility? I wonder.
