Had tests done on 5/3/2022. Results are STILL not available on-line, and no tech-support line available --- only route to labs.

It's important to add that she used a tiny needle to draw the blood, not an "adult-sized" needle.

I arrived 20 minutes before 8am, when doctors start seeing people. The woman at the check in desk (Debra) was very kind and helpful. She took care of everything, told me I was second & directed me where to go. No one was called in until 8:10am. The woman they called in first came after me and the other woman. Then, 3 more people went in (1 being the woman ahead of me & 2 individuals that arrived afterwards). I checked in with the front desk to see why I hadn't been called. Debra inquired. They called me next. The male nurse took my vitals and was friendly. After he left though, I wanted in the room to see a doctor for another 15 minutes. Checked with the desk; they said someone would be in soon and that there was someone with an emergency they had to attend to first. Doctor saw me for 5 maybe 10 mins max. She was nice. I just really hate how long the entire process took and was charge $50 for all that waiting and such short time seeing the provider. Considering I arrived early and was the second in line, this shouldn't taken as long as it did. I get that medical offices are understaffed; however, the fact that people were called in before me who arrived afterwards, that's unfair. Walk ins should be seen according to the order in which they arrived. I'd give this a one star review if it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff.

The Board of Trustees at Good Samaritan need to address the elder abuse that is occurring at their hospital with the level of incompetence in the following individuals: Anas Lababidi -He added medication to the patients nebulizer which settles on the vocal cords, he knew the patient would not be able to speak afterwards. None of this was shared with the patient or family. The pain and suffering the patient went through afterwards was unbearable. The patient could not speak or communicate and cried in frustration and sadness. Lababidi knowingly silenced the dying patient and is a perpetrator of elder abuse. Roberto Viau Colindres -Horrifyingly inhuman -This "doctor" tells the patient they will die, directly to their face. -When asked a clarifying question he said "I'm not going to repeat myself" and walks out of the room. -his manner is sickening and patients and family are scared when he enters the room Basil Hernandez There is a saying in the medical community that Hospitalists are the bottom of the barrel and lowest on the hierarchy. Basil proves this point exactly. -He marked our loved one as incapacitated when the patient was talking and requesting things. His colleague showed me this notation on the computer screen. -He walks out of the room as you are asking questions trying to learn about your loved ones condition. -We had to beg him to use his stethoscope in his maximum 30 second visits to the patient where he did nothing. Maddelena (Maddie) Deneaufbourg -Aggressive and pushy, she is supposed to be there for a patients family to offer palliative care. Even her coworkers had to stop her from harassing my family. She preys on people when they are at their lowest. -She walks into the patients room unannounced and touches your loved one without permission -When you ask her to please leave you alone she does not.
