My issue, though, is I made an appt at 7:20 PM today and they close at 8:00 PM. My appointment was set up through the portal and I even got a message saying staff would stay a little late to see me. So, I thought, cool, very nice of them. However, I got here 15 minutes earlier than my appointment and the door was locked and no way to get in. All I got from them is them saying when I arrive to check in through the kiosk but I can't without being in the building to use the kiosk. I almost don't even recommend calling either because they only use robots. The nurse and staff themselves are good as far as care goes. But I think it's not great they'll let you schedule an appointment but not be there when you show up. If ya'll can't take new patients after 7 or something, then don't allow appointments to be scheduled is all. The online portal is decent as well but I also don't love it. Overall I give the quality of care a 4.5 rating, but the patient portal/phone service thing is about a 1.

I am dealing with some health issues and have had to have multiple blood draws at Labcorp along the way. Sometimes it takes a few days to get to one on our route. We scheduled the appointment at the Lake City, Fl site days in advance and fasted for 12 hours before my blood draw today at 1015. When called to the front the younger front office clerk asked for my paperwork and I told her that my doctor usually sends it ahead to them. She said that she hadn't even checked for it- ummm isn't that her job! She found it saving me from trying to find the emails from my doctor. She was not happy with me after that and took offense that I didn't hand her my payment method without saying anything and just laid it on the counter in front of her and she started talking about me to her older coworker-as if I wasn't there. When I asked her her name she asked why and I said that it would be so that I could add it to my review. She refused to give her name and proceeded to shred my paperwork right in front of me and told me she was done with me saying that I called her a bitch-which I didn't! The older woman coworker looked shocked and I said I'm pretty sure you can't refuse to draw my blood for my test. I asked for her supervisor. The older woman tried to take over my account and help me but the younger woman had already called up the next patient-deleting my screen and information. I have asked my doctor to contract with another lab in the future so that I have an option and would not recommend this Labcorp. I have never been treated worse at a facility that many very ill people rely on for blood work to handle many diseases!

She was very organized and very efficient. She was also very polite and obviously has strong work ethic. Her phlebotomy skill is honestly unmatched in all of my decades of experiences having blood drawn. There is absolutely no trace of the puncture nor any bruising whatsoever. This is a first for me. The entire blood draw from entry to the room to exit from the room was only a few short minutes. Exceptional service.

Not sure why I couldn't flush the toilet after using it. Honestly this place needs to be shut down or they need new people in here.

The ladies were all super friendly and quick and the place was older but clean. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning after they opened and had no issues at all. No wait and no lines. I think the earlier you go the better and it only takes a minute to make an appointment online to ensure you don't have to wait as that time slot is for you. Would not hesitate to have a blood draw here again.

I had symptoms of Gaul bladder and he diagnosed as the stomach flu. When I looked at the discharge paper it says to go back to the ER if you had the exact same symptoms I already had. The nurse was very good and more helpful then the doctor. This is also now an HCA hospital which all seem to be struggling. Take my advice and go to Lake city unless it's a cut, flu or Covid.
