Brought some family in for some testing that we scheduled for online. There was a lady up front dark skinned said her name was Alfreda. Giving a description because she doesn't wear a name tag and she's obviously the same person everyone here is complaining about. We arrived 02/17/25 at 9:45 am. This lady was extremely rude to my Fiance Tanya Jernigan. She gave our family a hard time kept saying they can't see us even though we had an appointment. Went back and forth about all kinds of things that had nothing to do with anything we did wrong. How can a medical facility employ someone like this to handle paying customers!!! It wouldn't let me give a 0 star rating! Have never been treated worse! My husband and I are traveling by bicycle across the Gulf of Florida. I am dealing with some health issues and have had to have multiple blood draws at Labcorp along the way. Sometimes it takes a few days to get to one on our route. We scheduled the appointment at the Lake City, Fl site days in advance and fasted for 12 hours before my blood draw today at 1015. When called to the front the younger front office clerk asked for my paperwork and I told her that my doctor usually sends it ahead to them. She said that she hadn't even checked for it- ummm isn't that her job! She found it saving me from trying to find the emails from my doctor. She was not happy with me after that and took offense that I didn't hand her my payment method without saying anything and just laid it on the counter in front of her and she started talking about me to her older coworker-as if I wasn't there. When I asked her her name she asked why and I said that it would be so that I could add it to my review. She refused to give her name and proceeded to shred my paperwork right in front of me and told me she was done with me saying that I called her a bitch-which I didn't! The older woman coworker looked shocked and I said I'm pretty sure you can't refuse to draw my blood for my test. I asked for her supervisor. The older woman tried to take over my account and help me but the younger woman had already called up the next patient-deleting my screen and information. I have asked my doctor to contract with another lab in the future so that I have an option and would not recommend this Labcorp. I have never been treated worse at a facility that many very ill people rely on for blood work to handle many diseases! read more

Had bloodwork done yesterday @ LabCorp in Lake City, FL. Lakesha was amazing. She was checking people in, AND the phlebotomist. All of this was done with a smile and professionalism. She definitely deserves a 10. Thanks Lakesha for the positive experience. read more

We checked in on their digital kiosk. The waiting room was full with people standing and the lady at the front said she would text when they were ready for us, so we waited in the car. 2 hours of waiting and no text later, I went back in to inquire. The attendant very rudely told that I was sent a text. I indeed had not been sent a text and when I showed her my phone with no text, she said that I must not had put my number in. I went back and checked, I had put my number in upon registration. We continued to wait for another 30 minutes before our name was even put in the cue. After waiting 3 hours, some vein fishing, and two sticks later we left and it is a one star for us. I do feel bad for the ladies as they only had two of them. More staff is needed and I want to "blame it on COVID," but it's been staffed like this since before the pandemic... read more

Its clean, new facility and the staff member seems friendly. Labcorp is required by my insurance company, and the drive from the big city of Live Oak, was pleasant. Staff is professional, this is key and a must. read more
